Also, perform the illusion wheel that dispels obstacles, thereby temporarily seizing the wind, and thus seizing the mind. The signs of luminosity appear, accomplishing qualities such as subtlety and the supreme speech. Effortlessly accomplish the four actions. Ultimately, through the purification of the karma wind into wisdom, the supreme samadhi of clear emptiness arises, and one gains mastery over the indestructible nada sound. Third, the yoga of bindus is as follows: Straighten the body, expel stale air, and visualize your own body, with its channels, chakras, and letters, as before. Especially at the junction of the three channels below the navel, visualize the essence of heat, the chandali, in the form of the short stroke of the letter A (ཨ།), like a fire about to ignite. By holding the fourfold kumbhaka, a very subtle fire blazes from the A stroke. Gradually accumulate it, and visualize the three channels below the navel filled with red fire. This is the foundation. Then, from that fire, an essence like a ray of lightning, a red flash, passes through the right rasana channel, exits with the air of the nostrils, and enters from the left nostrils of all the Sugatas, heroes, and yoginis pervading space. It merges with the fire of wisdom residing in the body, generating stainless great bliss. The essence of the great bliss wisdom fire passes through the right nostrils, and together with the air, passes from one's own left nostril through the rasana channel and dissolves into the fire of the navel, visualizing the splendor of wisdom blazing even more intensely, and holding the breath. This is the blessing. Then, as the fire of tummo below the navel blazes greatly, it gradually enters the channels, elements, and letters, starting from the navel chakra. It burns the impurities of the elements, and the essence, like mercury, increases even more. Arising from all the channel cavities being filled with fire, the fire blazes both inside and outside the body, visualizing oneself, with channels, bindus, wind, and mind, blazing even more intensely with the wisdom of heat, and the color of the body also white with a reddish tinge, like a white iron ball burned in the fire, shining even more brightly. This is the sequence of kindling the fire of tummo. Again, an extremely subtle and especially hot essence of fire flashes red and touches the Ham (ཧཾ།) at the crown of the head, causing a sensation of great comfort. From that, the nature of great bliss, a thin stream of kundali, descends slowly, suppressing the fire. The nectar, starting from the crown of the head, pervades all the channels, elements, and letters of the four chakras and the twenty-four places, generating the four joys.

of wisdom arises in one's mind. Visualize and hold the breath. This is the sequence of accomplishing bliss through bindus. Again, a great fire blazes and rises violently through the central channel. It emerges from the crown of the head. It enters the left nostril of all Sugatas and heroic yoginis. As it dissolves into the fire of wisdom, they are supremely delighted and blaze, melting the bodhicitta, and a stream of great bliss emerges from the right nostril. United with one's own breath, it touches the (ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the crown of the head through the left nostril, thereby increasing the wisdom of great bliss bodhicitta, and the essence descends as before, pervading the channels, bindus, and letters, and contemplate that the wisdom of the four joys, which are supremely immutable, arises in one's mind, and hold the breath. This is the sequence of blessing bliss into wisdom. Finally, trust in the experience of bliss arising in body and mind. Hold the breath gently. Fix the eyes on the sky. Without thinking of anything in the mind, maintain a state free from the elaborations of the three times. This is the sequence of assimilating into the wisdom of non-conceptual suchness. In the intervals between sessions of such meditation, it is also important to perform the magic wheel of dropping, reversing, and scattering bindus. Having obtained mastery over holding and distributing bindus, by practicing the swift path of transferring to another body as a messenger, the co-emergent bliss will become manifest. By this, warmth and bliss arise temporarily, the basis of non-conceptuality settles, one is nourished by the garment of tummo and the samadhi of bliss, coarse appearances and mind mix, and one obtains the siddhis and clairvoyance of mastering the four elements. Many doors of samadhi, such as illusion and clear light, open. Ultimately, by binding the bindu without leakage and manifesting the wisdom free from leakage, one will gain mastery over the reality of the co-emergent great bliss that is immutable. Fourth, the wisdom yoga is: visualizing oneself as the deity body, the nature of great bliss, with channels, wheels, and letters clearly appearing, focus the mind single-pointedly on the (ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) at the heart. When the experience of the mind and the letter (ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) becoming inseparable arises: in that state, abandon all signs, concepts, and mental fabrications, and rest the indestructible (ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) and the unconditioned, original mind in a state that is free from effort and inseparable.
