All essences are transformed into the form of nectar, filling the inside of the body, pacifying untimely death, and attaining the accomplishment of the life of a vidyadhara. Contemplate that the essence merges into (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Shame), accomplishing the vajra life. At the end of the practice mantra, add (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र आयुषे स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra āyuṣe svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra life svāhā), reciting this mantra is the constant yoga for one's own benefit. By practicing with one-pointedness, the obstacles to life are pacified and the vajra life is accomplished. If practicing relying on the front generation, first gather the substances of life, namely the guru father and mother, bodhicitta, stalactites, rock essence, Constant Weeping, the three fruits and the five senses, the five roots and the five essences, sweet tree, white calamus, etc., substances of life. Mix these well, grind finely, and mix with white grain flour, put them into the eternally flowing turquoise lake, constantly flowing water, long-life water that does not freeze in winter, and red cow's milk. Knead them into pills, put them into a skull cup with auspicious signs, seal the mouth with red silk, and place it in the center of the mandala. In front of it, arrange the life torma and the life food offerings. Perform the self-front practice offering in the proper manner, and during the recitation, establish the life support in the heart of self and front as before. Grant the light of wisdom, gather it into the form of immortal nectar, and after bestowing it upon us, pacify the obstacles of untimely death, increase lifespan, merit, wealth, and realization, and grant the accomplishment of the supreme vajra body. Of the immortal Vajravarahi, the unchanging body's wisdom life, dissolves into the yogi's central channel bindu, may you accomplish the vajra of body.
