Upon a red lotus and sun disc, Padma Heruka, father and mother. The father's body is red, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and bell in a crossed manner. Adorned with the attire of Heruka, the Sambhogakaya. The mother, Padma Dakini, is red in color, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the father inseparably. They sit in a heroic posture. The body is adorned with charnel ground attire. Above them, on a lotus and sun disc, is the primordial Buddha Kuntuzangpo, father and mother, with bodies of dark blue. Naked and unadorned, they hold the mudra of meditative equipoise. They reside within the expanse of the five wisdom lights. From the state of clarity where appearances are without inherent existence, pray in this way: Om（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah）, Hung（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hung）! In the vast expanse of self-arising wisdom, Primordial Buddha, great bliss, self-arising one, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to ignite the heat of bliss in our bodies! In the spontaneously accomplished channels and elements of self-appearance, Great bliss, Sambhogakaya, powerful father and mother, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to ignite the heat of bliss in our bodies! In the mandala of self-clear, pure Dharmadhatu, To Orgyen Guru Padmasambhava, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to realize indivisible bliss and clarity! In the palace of pure five wisdoms, To Great Bliss Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to accomplish the light body of the aggregates! In the secluded place of the secret cave of Great Bliss, To the primordial Dakini Vajravarahi, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to realize appearances and existence as illusion! On the eastern slope of the auspicious northern snow mountain, To the great vidyadhara Drupchen Gyaltsen, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to recognize the nature of the three kayas! In the solitary place of Mangyul Riwoche Palbar, To the incomparable kind Tshewang Gyalpo, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to realize spontaneous, luminous clarity! In the secluded place of the hidden land of Rolpai Ling, To the great vidyadhara Chokyi Palzang, Look upon us with eyes of compassion, Bless us to perfect pure vision without bias!

Grant your blessings. In the solitary mountains of the vast, unbiased realm, To the wise and accomplished Jampa Zangpo, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes. Grant your blessings to accomplish the supreme messenger path. Wherever you reside, in the pure Dharmakaya palace, To the supreme emanation, Shakya Gyaltsen, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes. Grant your blessings to master emptiness and compassion. In the secluded place where dakinis gather like clouds, To the great vidyadhara, the powerful and mighty one, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes. Grant your blessings to reach the end of the four visions. In the charnel ground of spontaneously arising hidden lands, To the great vidyadhara, Namkhai Gyatso, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes. Grant your blessings for uninterrupted bliss and emptiness. In the divine palace of phenomenal existence as Dharmakaya, To the immortal lord who meditates on the two stages, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes. Grant your blessings to bring benefit to beings to the end. On the lotus seat of the sun and moon on the crown of my head, To the root guru, the embodiment of all Buddhas, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes. Grant your blessings to realize whatever arises as Dharmakaya. In the treasure place of Mangyul (Mang Kang) Mountain of Blazing Glory, To the profound instructions of Vajravarahi, the life essence of the dakinis, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes, Grant your blessings to realize the meaning of all the words. In the palace of solemn command and samaya, To the Buddhas, Dharma protectors, and treasure lords, I pray, look upon us with your compassionate eyes, Grant your blessings to pacify all obstacles. Grant your blessings for uninterrupted bliss and emptiness. Grant your blessings for wisdom to dawn in its own place. Grant your blessings for bliss and warmth to blaze in the body. Grant your blessings for mind itself to be realized as Dharmakaya. Thus, praying from the depths of my heart and bones, the gurus dissolve into light. The higher ones dissolve into the lower ones. Finally, they dissolve into the wisdom dakini. That dissolves from light, dissolving into the syllable (Tibetan: རཾ་，Devanagari: ram，IAST: ram, Literal meaning: Ram) along with the solar disc. It dissolves into light and blazes. As the fire blazes intensely, focus your awareness on it. In that state, exhale nine times in short bursts. Then inhale, and holding your breath with your mouth closed below the navel, visualize.
