From that. This is the instruction on the arising and dissolving winds. Explain this to the fortunate yogi son who is diligent in practice. Outer, inner, and secret. Among these, the outer heat is: All phenomena are primordially unestablished. Primordial emptiness. In the state of primordial freedom from elaboration. From the great wisdom da-la. In the state of unceasing display of energy. Take refuge in the Three Jewels, and strive in the yoga of accumulating merit with the lama. Then, engage in the actual dharma. From the state of emptiness purified by Swabhava, from Pam(藏文:པཾ,梵文天城体:पं,梵文罗马拟音:paṃ,汉语字面意思:班) arises a lotus, and from Ram(藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) on top of the sun mandala. The letter Maḥ(藏文:མཿ,梵文天城体:मः,梵文罗马拟音:maḥ,汉语字面意思:玛), red, possessing a tsek and drag. From that, light radiates, offering to the noble ones. Again, the rays of light gather back and dissolve into Maḥ(藏文:མཿ,梵文天城体:मः,梵文罗马拟音:maḥ,汉语字面意思:玛). Radiance increases. From Maḥ(藏文:མཿ,梵文天城体:मः,梵文罗马拟音:maḥ,汉语字面意思:玛), light radiates, striking all sentient beings. Purifying sins and obscurations. Establishing them on the ground of Vajravarahi. From the gathering back, from Pam(藏文:པཾ,梵文天城体:पं,梵文罗马拟音:paṃ,汉语字面意思:班) arises a red lotus. From Ram(藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) on top of the sun mandala. From Maḥ(藏文:མཿ,梵文天城体:मः,梵文罗马拟音:maḥ,汉语字面意思:玛) arises oneself as Vajravarahi, body red in color, one face, in a semi-wrathful form. The two hands, the right holding a curved knife raised in the sky, the left holding a skull cup filled with blood. The right leg slightly bent, the heel pressed against the bhaga. The left leg slightly extended, sitting in a half-lotus posture on the sun cushion. Adorned with five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty fresh ones. Adorned with the six bone ornaments. The body appearing but without inherent existence. On her crown, a black sow face grunting, overcoming the armies of obstacles. In the midst of blazing flames. Clearly visualize her residing. Then, remain in equipoise in the state of outer clarity and inner clarity. Within the body visualized as oneself as Vajravarahi, the central channel, the upper end piercing the crown of the head, the lower end piercing the lower abdomen, the kanda. Possessing four characteristics. It is clear like a burning sesame oil lamp. Red like the essence of lac. Thin like the petals of a lotus. Straight like the trunk of a tree. From the size of a horse's tail hair, to the size of an arrow shaft, to the size of a bamboo cane. The entire body is the central channel. It becomes vast. Think that the central channel pervades wherever the sky pervades. Again, it becomes thinner and thinner. Clearly visualize it as the size of a bamboo cane. To its right, the red Roma channel, the upper end piercing the right nostril. To the left, the white Kyangma channel, the upper end piercing the left nostril. The two lower ends piercing the lower end of the central channel. Then, the lower ends of the two channels, the movement of the letters...

I visualize as follows. The three channels exist as the pillars of the body. In the heart, which is situated in this way, the central channel is like a fortress. In the heart chakra, there are thirty-two petals of the Dharma wheel; in the throat, sixteen petals; in the crown, three hundred and sixty petals; in the navel, sixty-four petals; and in the secret place, twenty-eight petals. The channel-wheels are clearly visualized like the ribs of an umbrella. All of these should be visualized as clearly as the characteristics of the central channel. Inside that central channel, on the wick of the butter lamp, on top of the sun mandala, visualize a red and radiant Vajravarahi, one cubit in height, transformed from the syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: rang). On her crown, on top of a lotus and sun-moon mandala, visualize the root guru, with a body color that is white with a reddish hue, possessing the attire of an accomplished one. On his crown, on top of a lotus and sun-moon mandala, visualize the vidyadhara Immortal Empowerment, possessing the attire of a yogi. On his crown, on top of a lotus and sun-moon mandala, visualize Namkhai Gyatso, possessing the attire of a mantra holder. On his crown, on top of a lotus and sun mandala, visualize the vidyadhara Powerful Strength, possessing the attire of a wrathful heruka. On his crown, on top of a lotus and sun mandala, visualize Gyalsé Shakya Gyaltsen, possessing the attire of a renunciate. On his crown, visualize Khenchen Jampa Zangpo, possessing the attire of a renunciate. On his crown, visualize the vidyadhara Chökyi Palzang, possessing the attire of a yogi. On his crown, visualize the vidyadhara Tendzin Lingpa, holding a vajra and bell, possessing the attire of a Mahaguru. On his crown, visualize the vidyadhara Ngödrub Gyaltsen, with hair piled up in a vulture-like topknot. On her crown, visualize the consort Vajravarahi, holding a curved knife in her right hand and a skull cup filled with blood in her left hand at her heart, with her right leg bent and her heel pressing against the (Tibetan: བྷ་ག, Sanskrit Devanagari: भग, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaga, Literal Chinese meaning: bhaga), and her left leg extended, trampling on a lotus and sun mandala, trampling on the heart of a rakshasa. She dwells in the center of a blazing fire of wisdom. On her crown, visualize Yeshe Tsogyal, with a body color that is white with a reddish hue, with smooth and lustrous hair hanging down her back, appearing in the attire of a wisdom dakini. On her crown, on top of a lotus and sun cushion, visualize the Mahaguru Padmasambhava, in the form of an eight-year-old child, with a body color that is white with a reddish hue, radiant and resplendent, wearing a silk robe, with the lotus dakini embracing his body, holding a vajra and bell in his two hands, the indivisible crown of the father and mother.
