Then the Vajra Master makes a vow. The vajra is placed on the crown of the head, and he says: From this day forward, you, my son, the glorious empowered body of Heruka, are myself. Then, the descent of blessings: Visualize yourselves as the deity of the Yidam. In its heart, the four-armed Yungdrung, Hari Nisa, focus on the Dharma wheel turning. From it, rays of light emanate. Visualize the assembly of wisdom deities descending like rain. Become inseparable from my body. The master says: Hum! From the palace of blessings and compassion, invite the root and lineage lamas to descend. The time has come to bestow great blessings. I pray that you grant the supreme accomplishment. From the palace of the realm of wisdom, invite the assembly of Yidam deities to descend. The time has come to bestow great blessings. I pray that you grant the supreme accomplishment. Guru Shri Maha Rinisa Raza Shriya (藏文：གུ་རུ་ཧྲཱིཿམ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ར་ཙ་ཧྲི་ཡ，梵文天城体：गुरुः ह्रीः महारिनिस रस श्रिय，梵文罗马拟音：guruḥ hrīḥ mahārinisa rasa śriya，汉语字面意思：Guru Shri Maha Rinisa Raza Shriya). Zitta Hring Hring Pem Pem Zaya Hum Bam Ho (藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ཧྲཱིང་ཧྲཱིང་ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：चित्त ह्रीं ह्रीं फट् फट् जः हुं वं हो，梵文罗马拟音：citta hrīṃ hrīṃ phaṭ phaṭ jaḥ huṃ vaṃ ho，汉语字面意思：Zitta Hring Hring Pem Pem Zaya Hum Bam Ho). Play the music intensely. The signs of the arrival of wisdom are: the body trembling, dancing, uttering Sanskrit, and so on. If this happens, it is a sign that wisdom has arrived. If it does not arrive, repeat the process. Then, request the opening of the eyes: Kye! Heruka, the lord of empowerment! We, sentient beings in samsara, are blinded by ignorance, like blisters on the eyes, like hailstones on the eyes. Today, I pray that the protector removes them. Make this request three times. After that, the Vajra Master holds the vajra in his hand and says: Kye! The former teacher, the king of eye doctors! Just as you removed ignorance, I will remove your ignorance with this golden needle of skillful means and wisdom. Vajra Chakshu Prabeshaya Phat (藏文：བཛྲ་ཙཀྵུ་པྲ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：वज्र चक्षु प्रबेशय फट्，梵文罗马拟音：vajra cakṣu prabeśaya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Vajra Eye Enter Phat). Remove the blindfold. Then, contemplate meeting the deities of the mandala. Afterwards, the lama says: You have come well, you have good fortune. Today, in the mandala of empowerment, you will ripen and be accomplished in the mandala itself. Look at this with joy and delight.

以此生起欢喜。之后，献上灌顶的坛城后，身体蹲坐，合掌，如此祈请：上师密咒之大尊，我等灌顶之眷属，祈请圆满四灌顶，成熟且解脱。如是祈请三次。之后摄受，说此语：汝等大自在黑汝嘎，与本尊无二成一体，对此不应有怀疑，亦当恭敬于上师。如是说。之后，令弟子观想为大自在父母，将誓言智慧无别的朵玛置于头顶，大自在父母交合，从头顶上师父母交合，白红菩提心降下，依次充满大自在父母之轮。大自在父母亦作交合，与上方菩提心和大自在父母之精华相混合，从交合处降下白红色，从自己的头顶

Thus, generate joy. Then, after offering the mandala of empowerment, sit in a squatting position, join your palms, and pray thus: Supreme Guru of Great Mantra, We, the retinue of empowerment, Please grant the complete four empowerments, To ripen and liberate us. Pray thus three times. Afterwards, take them under your care and say these words: You, the great and mighty Heruka, Have become one, inseparable from the deity. There should be no doubt about this. Also, show respect to the teacher. Thus say. Then, have the disciples visualize themselves as the Great Empowerment Father and Mother, and place the samaya-jnana inseparable torma on their heads. The Great Empowerment Father and Mother engage in union, and from the head of the Guru Father and Mother engaging in union, white and red bodhicitta descends, gradually filling the wheels of the Great Empowerment Father and Mother. The Great Empowerment Father and Mother also engage in union, and the essence of the above bodhicitta and the Great Empowerment Father and Mother mix together, and white and red descends from the point of union, from one's own head.
