Mix these and apply them to the tip of the vein, and also apply them to the vajra and lotus (པདྨ，梵文天城体：पद्म，梵文罗马转写：padma，汉语字面意思：lotus). This opens the vein mouths. Immerse the vajra in the lotus, and the consort presses down the upper breath, generates strong desire, and reduces the power of the lower machine, so the tip of the vein will rise, and insert it into the vajra's hole. It is key not to stop when the lord is increasing in bliss, but to move vigorously. Afterwards, for the various expulsion wheels, do as much as possible. The method of distinguishing essence and dross is to place the soles of the feet together in front of the bhaga, cross the fingers, bind the two ankles, relax the lower air, vigorously press the upper air, place the feet on the cushion of the buttocks, then shake once, so that the essence fills the body and the dross is expelled. The method of the lord's expulsion is that the white and red bindu mixed, like a container filled with yogurt, is like the essence of blood mixed, when happiness arises in oneself and the body's strength increases, even without shaking the body, it will naturally arise, this is the key to the union of skillful means and wisdom. The special wheel is to insert the two little fingers into the ground, placing the weight of the body on the little fingers, so that the drawing and expulsion will naturally arise, this is dependent arising. Always control with substances, lodestone, perpetually weeping grass, camphor, resin of Chinese juniper, Chinese salt, put in milk and eaten, will surely gather the essence of the mudra. Again, the lord should regularly take pills made of lodestone and white sugar, and give the consort three pills made of iron powder, scorpion, camphor, Chinese clematis, and mad honey.
