啊呀！母亲您难道不用慈悲的药来医治吗？如果此时母亲您不以慈悲来摄受，从今以后就没有确定的归宿了。唉呀呀！圣母大慈悲者啊！我依赖您，没有其他的救护处。如果您知道苦乐的依赖都是一体的，请生起慈悲的勇气吧，至尊母！在轮回的处所长期漂泊流浪，什么时候业尽获得果报的时候，圣母的慈悲要什么都没有意义了。如果说业力强大而舍弃了我自己，说慈悲广大又能向谁求救呢？圣母您具有慈悲的力量，往昔的因缘祈祷真实不虚，请不要对您的心懒惰放任，祈请您在刹那间就引导我解脱。今生不顺的恶缘障碍，国王、火、水、铁链、毒药和兵器，各种瘟疫、盗贼、非时而死，怨敌和魔障等，恶梦和凶兆，衰败、恐惧、八种怖畏等等，祈请您全部息灭和遣除。寿命、权势、受用、财富、事业等，祈请您越来越增上广大。三界、三有、一切显现存在的，祈请您使一切显现都聚集在您的掌控之中。魔和怨敌、魔障、鬼神的众群，祈请您行降伏的猛烈事业。我一心一意没有虚假，不是口头上说说而是从内心祈祷，无论在行走、居住、工作等任何方面，都像慈母一样慈爱地守护我。今生和来世、中阴的阶段，祈请您不离不弃，恒常以慈悲摄受我。愿我的相续中生起无常、慈爱、悲心，信心和精进、出离心、厌离心，甚深之义和空性见解的殊胜，恒常修持没有疲厌，寿命和修行都能达到究竟。这样不离刹那，以恳切之心祈祷。第十六是灌顶：将装有至尊母像的宝瓶放在自己和他人的头顶上，从观想至尊母真实显现的四个部位，如生起次第的阶段一样，从四个部位的四个字发出不间断的光芒，照射并融入自己的四个部位，观想之。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）至尊圣母大慈悲者啊！开启清净之身的门！不

Alas! Mother, won't you heal with the medicine of compassion? If at this time, Mother, you do not hold me with compassion, from now on, there will be no certain refuge. Alas, alas! Noble Mother, full of compassion! I rely on you, there is no other place of refuge. If you know that the reliance on happiness and suffering is unified, please generate the courage of compassion, O Supreme Mother! Having wandered and roamed for a long time in the realm of samsara, when will the karma be exhausted and the fruit be obtained? What is the use of the Noble Mother's compassion then? If it is said that karma is strong and I have abandoned myself, who can I turn to for refuge, saying that compassion is great? Noble Mother, you possess the power of compassion, and the truth of past connections and prayers is not deceiving, please do not be lazy or indifferent in your heart, please lead me to liberation in an instant. In this life, may unfavorable circumstances, evil obstacles, kings, fire, water, iron chains, poison, and weapons, various epidemics, thieves, untimely death, enemies and obstacles, bad dreams and omens, decline, fear, the eight great fears, and so on, be completely pacified and averted. May life, power, enjoyment, wealth, and activities increase and expand from above. May all phenomena of the three realms, the three existences, and all that appears and exists, be gathered under your control. May the hosts of demons, enemies, obstacles, and spirits all perform the fierce activity of subjugation. I, with one-pointed mind and without pretense, not just saying it but praying from the heart, in whatever direction I go, stay, or work, please protect me with love like a mother to her only child. In this life, the next life, and the intermediate state, please never abandon me and always hold me with compassion. May impermanence, love, compassion, faith and diligence, renunciation, and sorrow arise in my being, and may the supreme understanding of the profound meaning and emptiness be constantly practiced without weariness, and may life and practice reach the end. Thus, without a moment's distraction, I pray with fervent devotion. The sixteenth is the empowerment: Place the vase containing the image of the Supreme Mother on the crown of oneself and others, and from the four places of the Supreme Mother, who appears vividly, as in the stage of generation, from the four syllables in the four places, uninterrupted rays of light emanate, radiating and dissolving into the four places of oneself, contemplate this.
