Secret Heart Essence Five Herukas, Supreme Wisdom! Root-channels, chakras, the mantra sounds of the dakinis resound! I prostrate and praise the perfection of the four activities! Having praised in this way, the commitment is urged: With the self-generation stage clear, Making the humming sound of the sow: Hūṃ hūṃ! (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ hūṃ!) Pheṃ pheṃ! (藏文：ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ，梵文天城体：फें फें，梵文罗马拟音：pheṃ pheṃ，汉语字面意思：Pheṃ pheṃ!) Do not stray, do not be distracted, yogini! From the palace of Dharma-dhatu E, Dakini of the sphere of self-nature, Vajravarahi, arise! From the four continents of the great Mount Meru and, From the supreme twenty-four places, The swift-going dakinis of the four families and, The assembly of mothers accomplished by wisdom, The trillions, billions, millions, Silken banners, puru ru, Many cymbals, sili li, Many musical instruments, diri ri, Many ornaments, khrolo lo, The sound of the damaru and bell, shig se shig! Mantra sounds from the mouth, diri ri, The sounds of phaṭ and pheṃ, uru ru, The great Mount Meru and the four continents shake, ledeg se ledeg! The great ocean churns, khyom se khyom! Phenomena and existence are empowered, hri li li! The eight classes are enslaved, khyug se khyug! Feet with the graceful gait of vajras, Unobstructed, in the sky, bun ne bun! Hands with golden bracelets, Performing various dances, khyug se khyug! Various kinds of attire, Accomplishing the four activities without obstruction, Urge, urge the commitment from the heart! Dakinis, do not be distracted from accomplishment! Swift-goers, do not be slow in your work! Be-lang, do not diminish your power and strength! Accept this offering of ornaments and torma, Pray for the fulfillment of desires, Grant the supreme and common siddhis! Increase life, power, and enjoyment, And accomplish the entrusted activities! Thus, urging from the heart, establish the peg of the generation stage, subdue with the life mantra, and urging the commitment from the heart, whatever is thought will be accomplished without obstruction. It was copied from the small letters on the yellow paper. The practice of Yeshe Tsogyal as the outer dakini, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel of Dakinis, is a very great sign of blessing. Ratna Lingpa.
