The recitation is to recite the hundred-syllable mantra two hundred times with the visualization of the lotus moon on the heart of the front generation, etc., and the visualization of gathering and releasing. For the action ritual, radiate light from one's own heart and stimulate the mind stream of the front generation. From all the main figures and retinues, radiate bodies and rays of light that are similar to oneself, pervading the sky, and think that all desired actions are accomplished without hindrance, or equally perform the four actions, or especially perform one hundred and one recitations of whichever action is to be accomplished. In general, the order of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful actions emphasizes pacifying. Among them, for pacifying, add to the end of the hundred-syllable mantra: Ruru Sphuru Jvala Tishta Sarva Artha Sadhana Hum Shantim Kuru Prashamanaya Hum Hum Hum!
