Month! Mix the pills that dissolve into divine light with good wine and drink! Practice wind exercises and trul khor! Apply all over the body except for the sense organs and glands, and massage vigorously, so that heat is generated effortlessly! In general, in the samaya of tummo, do not stay near fire and sun! Wear thin clothes! Do not create the appearance of cold! Enjoy all things as the nature of the fire of tummo! The method of enhancing the illusory body is: In the morning when the sun rises, face west! Place a clear mirror in front of you! Place a very clear mirror! Allow the image of the inverted sow to appear! Cover the eyes with rainbow crystal! Essence is emptiness! Appearance is clarity! Hold the mind one-pointedly on the illusory body of the union of appearance and emptiness! When the mind is focused on this, emanate countless such deity images and practice! Regard the mirror and the painted image as inseparable from samaya and wisdom, and hold the life-stone that never separates! In terms of samaya, whatever arises as an object of the three poisons of attachment, aversion, and ignorance, do not cling to it as real, but view it as illusory, and cut off clinging completely by uttering (Tibetan: ཕཊ，Sanskrit Devanagari: फट，Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ，Literal Chinese meaning: Pa Te)! In order to make it easier to arise the experience of clear light, build a practice hut in a secluded place! Light a bright animal fat lamp! Visualize the lamp as the guru Vajrayogini, and perform generation, absorption, offering, and praise! Recite (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་བཛྲ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཛྙཱ་ན་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨ་ཨ་ཨ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ गुरु वज्र डाकिनी ज्ञान धातु आ आ आ，Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ guru vajra ḍākinī jñāna dhātu ā ā ā，Literal Chinese meaning: Om Guru Vajra Dakini Jnana Dhatu Ah Ah Ah)! Confess the breakage of samaya! Receive empowerment! Sprinkle, drink, kiss, and touch with secret bath water! In the center of a very clear mirror, mark with a tiny "A" and illuminate it with the light of a lamp, focusing the mind, eyes, and breath on it one-pointedly! Leave awareness in an unmade state! Before going to sleep, focus even more! In terms of samaya, do not engage the body, speech, and mind in anything! Do not associate with people who have broken samaya! Do not eat food! Cut a small amount of nutritious food into small pieces and eat it! Offer especially to the dakinis with plenty of meat incense and tsok offerings! Do not sleep during the day! Do not let the essence-bindu diminish even a little! The key to effortlessly mastering dreams is to strongly think "This is a dream" during the day in general and whenever sudden situations such as fear arise! Allow various uncertain images to appear in the crystal mirror, and think "This is a dream"! Train in appearance-emptiness and unreality!

Practice! Bring to mind as clearly as possible whatever dreams you had during the night. Although you had such dreams yesterday, you didn't understand them. Repeatedly generate the wish to definitely recognize them tonight. As for what appears as vows, abandon clinging to them as real. Do not follow after thoughts. Whatever arises, recognize it and maintain a state of empty clarity, devoid of reality. Once you have mastered dreams, practice diligently during the day with aspirations for emanation and seeing pure lands. At the time of transference, the key points are: gathering the winds at the essential points, focusing the mind one-pointedly, and straightening the upper body. As for vows, do not follow after thoughts of the three poisons of attachment, aversion, and ignorance. Constantly cultivate renunciation. By all means, reduce unnecessary thoughts. Do not be attached to the body, possessions, friends, or anything else. Keep vows and commitments extremely pure. Visualize the arrangement of the pure land you aspire to, and generate a one-pointed wish and joy to transfer there. The instructions for material transference for those with dull faculties are: Saussurea lappa, lodestone, ashes of a burnt guest's child, the heat of three medicines and herbs, camphor, garlic, rock salt, white and red bodhicitta, and especially relics from seven lifetimes, ringsel, and great nectar, rolled into pills or tormas with wild honey. Place them inside a qualified young woman's skull. Generate and dissolve the action dakini, and recite: OM SARVA KARMA ḌĀKINĪ JÑĀNA PRAVEŚAYA PHAṬ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ས་ཀརྨ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཛྙཱ་ན་པྲ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व कर्म डाकिनी ज्ञान प्रवेशय फट，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva karma ḍākinī jñāna praveśaya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切，业，空行母，智慧，进入，啪)! If signs such as light and smoke appearing occur, it will definitely be accomplished. In any case, contemplate the substances as dissolving into light. At the time of death, apply a mixture of fine wine to the crown of the head, so that the consciousness will exit from the Brahma aperture and travel in the sky, or be transferred to a heavenly realm or other place according to one's fortune. During the bardo, practice with the arising of the bardo of present appearance, and when experience arises, mix the form appearance with the deity's form, mix the sound with the mantra, and mix the thoughts with clear light. Similarly, mix desire with bliss-emptiness, aversion with clarity-emptiness, ignorance with awareness-emptiness, pride with non-conceptuality, and jealousy with pure appearance, and practice transformation and so on.
