Sometimes, the stream of bodhicitta descends from the "Ha" or "Ah" at the center of the crown chakra, focusing the mind solely on the bliss of burning and dripping that touches the "Ah" of the navel chakra. Eventually, all of the vessel and essence realms dissolve into the five lights like sparks, merging one's own three doors with the fierce fire, and also merging with the guru at the crown. In that state, reciting the mantra "Ah Hari Ni Sa," the clinging to the three realms will dissolve, and the forms of the five classes of appearances, beings, and dakinis, whether large or small, will be like countless sesame seeds, flickering and shimmering in the space of the five lights. By gazing intently, all the appearances of the deity forms are also maintained in a state of appearing but without clinging. Through practice, the winds are perfected, and awareness arises without grasping, fully possessing the ten signs and the eight great qualities. Surpassing the grounds and paths in a single instant, one will attain Buddhahood. No matter which of the six winds is practiced, it is crucial to ultimately combine it with the view of primordial wisdom. No matter what experience arises, do not be tainted by thoughts of negation, affirmation, acceptance, or rejection. By maintaining the self-nature of whatever arises, the collection of grasping and apprehended thoughts will clear like clouds dissolving in the sky, and the seeds of samsara will be exhausted. In the space of the naturally pure realm of reality, naturally pure awareness dissolves into it, the mother and child lights merge, and the wisdom of non-duality of grasping and apprehended becomes firmly established in the unchanging realm of reality. Just as waves dissolve into water, thoughts are purified in the realm of reality, and the boundary between samsara and nirvana collapses. The five paths and ten grounds are traversed gradually or simultaneously, and one will be liberated. As it says in the root text: "The superior one accomplishes in six moments, the intermediate one accomplishes by practicing the six winds, the inferior one accomplishes khechara in six months." These are the three stages of completion stage based on the three faculties of superior, intermediate, and inferior. The completion stage of the superior faculty is related to the path of dharmakaya that will be explained below. Here, it refers to the intermediate and inferior faculties. Yogis of intermediate faculty divide the day into six equal sessions and practice the six winds in rotation to completion. In about seven, fourteen, twenty-one days, or a month, they will gain realization, and arising and liberation will occur simultaneously. Those of inferior faculty practice one wind each month, fully possessing the three aspects of preliminary, main practice, and subsequent practice. After six months, the power of the six seeds of affliction

is exhausted. Wisdom arises in a single moment, all knowledge is comprehended in a single moment, all karmic winds are transformed into winds of wisdom. Defilements and obscurations of knowledge are purified, and wisdom gradually arises and is liberated. Thus, the yogi of knowledge said, 'It is not six months, but six winds.' Among the two branches of the supplementary path, one is grasping the clear light at night: When going to sleep, visualize yourself as the body of the noble goddess, the self-appearance of clear, empty bliss, and on your crown, visualize the guru Heruka father and mother. Pray with intense devotion, and as the present appearance is cut off without support and rises, dissolve it into the Ah (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) of the guru's heart. Then, fix the wind-mind on the clear Ah (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) letter inside the central channel of your body. By falling asleep in a state of not tightening the awareness too much, you will soon realize the clear light of sleep, and it is said to be very important to have the welcoming of samadhi as soon as you wake up. The instruction for transference at the time of death is: The best yogi has gained mastery over samadhi and does not need the instruction for transference. The intermediate one can easily transfer because the wind-mind is workable. Here, the lowest one only grasps the wind and needs to be connected with the instruction for transference. The key to this is: In the center of the body, which is clear as your own deity, visualize the five chakras and letters, and combine them with the order of dissolution of the elements. When earth dissolves into water, fix the awareness on the letter of the secret chakra and dissolve the wind. Similarly, when water dissolves into fire, dissolve the secret letter into the letter of the navel chakra and fix the wind-mind there. When fire dissolves into wind, dissolve the navel letter into the letter of the heart chakra and fix the wind-mind there. When wind dissolves into mind, dissolve the heart letter into the throat and fix the wind-mind there. When mind dissolves into clear light, combine it with action. Because the letter of the throat goes upward and dissolves into the letter of the crown chakra, the wind-mind comes out of the Brahma hole and dissolves into the lotus of the mother of the guru Heruka on the crown, and remain equally in a faint. During practice, after dissolving the letter of the throat into the letter of the crown, remain equally for a moment. Then, again, the letter of the throat, etc., gradually arise from the letter of the crown and pass through the central channel. When you reach each place, think that bliss arises there, and bind the wind-mind downwards. Thus, the order of dissolution
