Left channel practice combines body and mind. The green syllable SA (藏文,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:Earth) radiates bird-like green light, spreading through the left wrist channel, uniting body and mind. These two purify clinging and mental attachments, powerfully clarifying the essence of the single channel. After repeated and skilled practice, control the breath, focus awareness between the legs, and meditate. Experience remains undisturbed by thoughts, awareness clear and bright. This dispels ignorance like the darkness of night. Third, to counteract the obstacles of desire and lust that destroy the life force of liberation, practice the self-arisen breath. The location is at the genitals of male and female, thus arousing desire. The body posture is relaxed, with hands in fists resting on the knees. The breath is as before. Visualize oneself in the center of the empty form of Vajravarahi, with the channels and wheels clearly visible. Focus on the green syllable SA (藏文,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:Earth) in the center of the secret wheel, and with devotion to the Karma Dakini, meditate for the duration of a meal. Finally, draw the back breath forcefully to the crown of the head, inhaling six times. Push the front breath below the navel, repeating and holding six times each. Visualize all the channel syllables of the body as clear as a butter lamp inside a vase, the light dissolving into the syllable at the secret place, thus igniting the bliss-emptiness wisdom. Place both hands in fists on the cushion, lift the body, and strike the buttocks six times. By gathering and stimulating the blissfully blazing light of the world element at the secret place, the Karma Dakini pervades the entire body, inside and out, with five-colored rays of blissfully blazing light. Visualize the space between the Buddha and Dakini at the crown of the head filled with uncontaminated bliss. Thus, pervading the entire body like sesame oil, offer all the Sugatas gathered by the six consciousnesses with the bliss of the six objects. Through the bliss of the union of object and consciousness, release clinging, and visualize lust and attachment purified in their own place. After the striking, shake and blow repeatedly, releasing awareness into its natural, naked state. The experience is joy and bliss arising in body and mind, awareness clear and free from distraction. There, through non-conceptuality, liberate from lust and do not accumulate karma. Fourth, to counteract coarse mental thoughts, practice the purifying mind-breath as an antidote. The location is the heart, which generates coarse mental thoughts. The body posture is the seven-point posture, upright and straight. The breath is as before.

Mainly practice gentle air. Focus on visualizing your own body as a deity, with channels, wheels, and syllables, relax and stay focused. In particular, visualize the blue syllable ཨ (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) in the central channel of the heart wheel, about the size of a mustard seed, clear and bright, radiating five-colored light, with air and awareness inseparable, alternately practicing tightening and loosening. Experience emptiness, with the three realms integrated into the size of a mustard seed, feeling comfortable without any sense of being too wide or too narrow, feeling blissful. All appearances and consciousness arise as blissful, clear, and non-conceptual states. Nectar gathers in the heart, thereby diminishing attachment to food. Various siddhis may also manifest, enabling the benefit of beings. Coarse conceptual thoughts cease, eliminating cognitive obscurations, thereby freeing oneself from the fear of falling into samsara. Fifth, to counteract manifest obscurations, practice the transforming action air. The location is the throat, which generates coarse five poisons. The body posture is the seven-point posture during the day and the dog-sleeping posture at night. Hold the air below the navel as before. Visualize the center of the throat wheel, clearly visualizing either the yellow syllable རི (Tibetan: རི, Sanskrit Devanagari: रि, Sanskrit Romanization: ri, Chinese literal meaning: Ri) or the blue syllable ཨ (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), focusing awareness on it and practicing. Experiences and appearances may be vague like dreams, or shimmering and flickering like mirages. This stops the coarse five poisons, thereby eliminating manifest obscurations. Sixth, to eradicate cognitive obscurations from the root, practice the perfecting wisdom air. The location is the crown of the head, which generates grasping. The body posture is the seven-point posture or the stove-support posture. The air position is the same as before. Visualize the red Yungdrung (卍) symbol fiercely rotating counterclockwise like an umbrella on the forehead at the hairline of the crown, and in the center of the crown wheel, visualize either the white syllable ཧ (Tibetan: ཧ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Chinese literal meaning: Ha) or the blue syllable ཨ (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) in the central channel, whichever is easier to visualize, focusing on it. Abide in the state where the environment, mind, and appearances are all emptiness, adorned with bliss. Again, visualize the guru Heruka in union with his consort in the channel above the Brahma aperture, strongly pray and receive the four empowerments. Merge the guru's mind with your own awareness, place awareness in a state of non-grasping, and stimulate the lower air to push upwards. Alternately, the light of the rotating Yungdrung (卍) symbol causes all outer and inner phenomena to sway and rotate, thereby destroying discriminatory attachments. The faster it rotates, the more it destroys realization. The more fiercely it rotates, the more it destroys inherent existence. The more extremely it rotates, the more it determines freedom from extremes. Hold the breath and maintain the state of view.
