Coming through the path of the entering breath from the nostrils. When exhaling, visualize entering the central channel of the secret wheel and quietly dissolving into the syllable SA Similarly, combine with inhalation, similar to collecting the rays of the five winds, except for the difference of dissolving when exhaling. The second dissolves into the navel wheel's NI (藏文,梵文天城体:णि,梵文罗马转写:ṇi,汉语字面意思:No). The third dissolves into the heart wheel's A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马转写:a,汉语字面意思:A). The fourth dissolves into the throat wheel's RI The fifth dissolves into the crown wheel's HA The sixth visualizes dissolving into all the syllables of the five wheels, which is the key. Each wheel corresponds to a month and other symbols, and one should meditate accordingly. The signs are: outwardly, various visions such as smoke and mirages appear. Inwardly, the sign of the wind entering the bodhicitta is that the wind becomes longer and longer, and bliss-warmth arises. The sign of the abiding wind is that it feels like there is no coming or going, but if examined, it is known and bliss-warmth arises. The sign of dissolving is that the movement of the wind ceases and bliss-warmth blazes. Then, because the wind becomes workable, bliss-warmth will blaze continuously. The secret sign is that the mind naturally manifests a samadhi of bliss, clarity, non-thought, and emptiness united. Moreover, due to the key of wind and mind being non-dual, just as the wind is grasped, the mind also abides longer and longer, and eventually, when the wind dissolves, a samadhi arises that abides pervasively. By making the mind workable, one will gain mastery over samadhi. The common qualities are also: because bliss-warmth blazes, the wind is worn as clothing, so one does not freeze. Because the wind is eaten as food, hunger and thirst are relieved. Because one rides the wind as a horse, the body becomes light and swift. Because it is transformed into essence, there is no aging, and the body's strength increases and life is prolonged. Because the elements are balanced, no disease arises. Due to the interdependence of the inner wind and mind uniting, outer appearances are brought under control, and qualities such as clairvoyance arise. This common wind yoga, although it does not appear in the direct teachings of secret practice oral transmission, is a key instruction that arose from the practice of the mirror vajra's disciple, the qualified Hari Vajra and his son. They believe that the key to the six winds that will appear below is also included here. Second, the special wind yoga is: the ultimate key instruction related to the literal meaning of the direct teachings of the root text, which is the seed of samsara.

Now, to counteract the six obscurations of delusion, one meditates on the six winds. That is, for each of the six winds, there are six aspects: the place of abiding, the posture of the body, the way of holding the wind, the object of focus, the arising experience, and the integration with the view of primordial wisdom. First, the first five aspects are explained in detail separately. The sixth aspect will be explained at the end of all of these. Among them, first, to counteract the obscuration of inherent nature, the habitual tendencies in the alaya consciousness, one meditates on the co-emergent wind. The place of abiding is the navel, because at the time of taking birth, wind and awareness gather together and are taken. The body posture is to sit on a comfortable cushion in the seven-point posture or the six fire-stove posture, binding with the embrace of the knees. After expelling the impure air, one holds the gentle wind below the navel in the fourfold union, like a vase. The object of focus is to concentrate single-pointedly on the blue ཨ་(藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,literal meaning: A)syllable in the center of the navel chakra. By meditating in this way, in terms of experience, the clinging to reality in appearances disappears, one feels astonished, and one does not feel the existence of the body. The body and mind become relaxed and comfortable. If stiffness occurs in the upper body or discomfort in the lower body, one should not accept or reject it, but maintain it as it is, and one will go on the path. Second, to counteract the co-emergent obscuration caused by karma related to this life, one meditates on the surpassing wind. The place of abiding is that it moves from the soles of the feet, so awareness cannot stay. The body posture is that the ankle of the left foot presses on the sole of the right foot. The two hands cross from the outside and embrace the sole of the right foot, and the spine is straightened. The holding of the wind is the same as before. The object of focus is to visualize the seed syllables of the five limbs clearly before inhaling the air. First, visualize a blue ཨ་(藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,literal meaning: A)syllable on the crown of the head, from which blue light of the wisdom of the dharmadhatu blazes, purifying anger, and visualize it as Vajra Dakini. This light gradually pervades the seed syllables of the four limbs. Pervading the wrist of the right hand, the white ཧ་(藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,literal meaning: Ha)syllable abiding there emits white light of mirror-like wisdom, purifying the clinging to reality of the right hand, and blending body and mind into one. Pervading the ankle of the right foot, the yellow རི་(藏文:རི་,梵文天城体:रि,梵文罗马拟音:ri,literal meaning: Ri)syllable abiding there emits yellow light of equality wisdom, purifying the right foot, and blending body and mind. These two purify the clinging to the object of grasping. The nadi chakra of the Roma Clearly manifests with power. Pervading the ankle of the left foot, the red Ni syllable emits the red light of discriminating wisdom, purifying the foot.
