The view of Vajravarahi, established in the wisdom of single birth. Abiding in it is practice. Not separating from it is conduct. Gaining stability in it is the result, the instruction that completely liberates the faculties. Thus, it is also said in the Abhisamayalankara: "In the first moment of wisdom, it cuts off the conceptualization of the apprehended aspect. In the second moment of wisdom, it cuts off the conceptualization of the apprehender aspect. In the third moment of wisdom, it cuts off the conceptualization of both the apprehended and the apprehender. In the fourth moment of wisdom, it cuts off the conceptualization of diverse views. In the fifth moment of wisdom, it cuts off the conceptualization of the arising of experience. In the sixth moment of wisdom, it cuts off the conceptualization of attention." Thus it is said. Secondly, the method of how to meditate from knowing the key points is: With refuge, bodhicitta, and guru yoga as preliminaries, sit comfortably on a cushion with the seven-point posture. Let the breath rest naturally. Do not tighten or loosen the mind. Do not focus on any conceptual thoughts of the three times, but rest naturally, and slightly observe its own nature. When observing in this way, there is nothing to grasp anywhere, and a self-aware, self-luminous, and free from elaboration state beyond the realm of thought arises, rest evenly in that state. It is good to abide in that. If conceptual thoughts arise, by slightly observing whatever arises, all conceptual thoughts that have arisen, will arise, and are arising, disappear without a trace like looking at the expanse of the sky and seeing nothing. Thus, not seeing anything anywhere, the empty and clear, unlocalized state that remains is the same as the nature of all phenomena. It turns inward by itself, and there is nothing other than awareness, therefore it is self-knowing. The essence of mind is not seen anywhere, therefore it is free from elaboration. It is not established anywhere, therefore it is emptiness. The nature of all phenomena does not go beyond it, therefore it is primordial. Whether deluded or not, there is nothing other than the meaning of the nature of reality, therefore it is other-emptiness, known as the unchanging realm of reality. Thus, the great teacher Padmasambhava also said: "In the sadhana of Vajravarahi, there are elaborations, non-elaborations, and so on, although countless are taught, in general, all are contained in the mind. Recognizing ordinary awareness, and being liberated without hope or fear, that is Vajravarahi herself."

。Thus it is. Also, until you are accustomed to it, in that state of being separated from the essence of appearance and awareness, place the wisdom with intense awareness, clearly, brightly, and nakedly. If you feel tired, relax, gently, softly, and loosely let go. Like this, alternately tightening and loosening, after becoming slightly accustomed, settle the mind in a state of no reliance, no activity, no conceptualization, and wisdom without faults in its own nature. As it is said in the Manifestation of the Sow: "The view without partiality, Should contemplate the original meaning. The meditation without a target, Should contemplate with the original mind." That is to say, from the root-severed awareness uncorrupted by the conceptualizations of the three times, in the unceasingly arising, blissful, clear, and non-conceptual nature of wisdom, when abiding nakedly, one can sever conceptualizations in six instants: because one does not cling to external appearing objects, one severs the conceptualization of the object of grasping; because attachment to the object ceases, the internal conceptualization that grasps at it is also naturally empty, so one severs the conceptualization of the grasper; like this, because the grasper and grasped of object and awareness are not established, one severs the conceptualization of both grasper and grasped; If one does not cling to the desired view, because one is not attached to the experience of meditation, one severs the conceptualization of differentiated contemplation; because attachment to experience is exhausted, one also has no attachment to clarity and non-conceptual wisdom itself, so one severs the conceptualization of the arising of experience; therefore, even the subtle thought and grasper of "this is clarity and non-conceptual" are liberated in their own place, so one severs the conceptualization of attention; because the seed of birth is exhausted, one is completely liberated in the state of the unborn mother, this is the essence of the pith instructions for liberation in six instants for those of superior faculties. These are the teachings on relying on the empowerment of profound view (prajna), and the empowerment of words related to it, connected to the instructions and lineage of the guru, the extremely concise yoga of emptiness of ultimate truth, taking the Dharmakaya Sow into the path. Second, integrating conduct with other conduct and integrating it into the path, there are six subsequent attainment yogas. First, the body is completely purified, displaying the appearance as the mandala of the body, along with the conduct of the body. Who is Vajravarahi? Originally, it is one's own mind completely pure. For all sentient beings of the six realms, because the nature of reality pervades with meaning, so originally it abides in the nature of the Sow, everything is the body's
