Therefore, all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroic Dakas and Dakinis filling the sky, shower flowers like rain and, possessing many auspicious signs, perform the empowerment activities in sequence. Visualize yourselves as having become the essence inseparable from Vajra Dakini and all the Buddhas. With the water of the vase, visualize that all the Buddhas dissolve into the essence of Akshobhya, and receive the empowerment through the stream of nectar. Place the vase on the crown of the head. The water empowerment of Vajra Dakini, Today I bestow upon you. In order to perfectly accomplish the mind of the Buddhas, You are empowered as Vajra Dakini. The vase empowerment, the five families and the five wisdoms, Placed on the crown of the head, it becomes the supreme empowerment, Purifying all the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, May you receive the empowerment of auspicious and victorious triumph! Thus, through the door of Akshobhya and Vajra Dakini, the water empowerment is received. The affliction of anger is purified. The aggregate of consciousness is transformed. The mirror-like wisdom is manifested. The imprints and seeds of Akshobhya and Vajra Dakini are planted in the lineage. Visualize yourselves as having become the essence inseparable from Ratna Dakini and all the Buddhas, and visualize the head ornament, that all the Buddhas transform into the essence of Ratnasambhava, tied on the crown of the head. The head ornament empowerment of Ratna Dakini, Today I bestow upon you. In order to perfectly accomplish the qualities of the Buddhas, You are empowered as Ratna Dakini. The wisdom of equality is manifested. The imprints and seeds of Ratnasambhava and Ratna Dakini are planted in the lineage.

In order to accomplish the speech of the Buddhas, I empower you as the Lotus Dakini. Oṃ Padma Ḍākinī Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. Hūṃ! The vase empowerment, etc. Oṃ Padma Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ. The vase water fills the body, experiencing great bliss. From the remaining water rising upwards, Amitabha adorns the back of the head. Through this, you receive the vajra empowerment through Amitabha and the Lotus Dakini. May the afflictive emotion of attachment be purified. May the aggregate of perception be transformed. May the wisdom of individual discernment be manifested. The imprints and seeds of Amitabha and the Lotus Dakini are placed upon your being. Visualize that you, the various Dakinis, have become inseparable from all the Buddhas. Visualize that all the Buddhas, having become the essence of Amoghasiddhi, have entrusted the bell to your left hand. The bell empowerment of the Karma Dakini, I bestow upon you today. In order to accomplish the activity of the Buddhas, I empower you as the Karma Dakini. Oṃ Karma Ḍākinī Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. Hūṃ! The vase empowerment, etc. Oṃ Karma Abhiṣiñca Āḥ. The vase water fills the body, experiencing great bliss. From the remaining water rising upwards, Amoghasiddhi adorns the left ear. Through this, you receive the empowerment of Amoghasiddhi and the Karma Dakini. May the afflictive emotion of jealousy be purified. May the aggregate of volition be transformed. May the wisdom of accomplishing activities be manifested. The imprints of Amoghasiddhi and the Karma Dakini are placed upon your being. Visualize that you, the Buddha Dakini, have become inseparable from all the Buddhas. Visualize that the vajra bell, the essence of all the Buddhas as Vairocana, is sounded on your crown, and receive the name empowerment. The name empowerment of the Buddha Dakini, I bestow upon you today. In order to accomplish the body of the Buddhas, I empower you as the Buddha Dakini. Oṃ Buddha Ḍākinī Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. Kyē!
