化身刹那幻生中， 嗔怒金刚青黑忿怒王， 裸身无饰极怖畏之身， 无繁无变法身敬安住。 一面四臂双足怒张故， 真实事业方便智慧具。 张口龇牙卷舌火星飞， 焚烧损害仇敌能力具。 三眼赤圆怒目如闪电， 迅速疾快成办事业具。 眉毛胡须发辫飒飒动， 救护堕落勇士能力具。 发髻褐黑向上竖立燃， 增盛白方教法能力具。 莲日仇敌座上威严立， 离贪降伏暴虐能力具。 右持铁锤高举于虚空， 击碎仇敌头颅能力具。 左手高举断念利剑刃， 斩断损害有情身躯具。 下方双手持捧塔， 瑜伽行者护寿命能力具。 一时日月轮钹猛烈击， 回遮诛杀血肉四溅具。 其时指端紧握赤黑罪， 血肉无余享用能力具。 又一时大地须弥升空中， 镇压仇敌折磨能力具。 自形忿怒无数化现故， 无碍成办事业能力具。 猛咒化现铁钩之锁链， 勾召不驯服者能力具。 以语之谛实力诅咒力， 猛烈威力权能无量具。 安住智慧劫火之坛中， 焚烧烦恼仇敌能力具。 听命八部军队无数众， 仇敌摧为粉尘能力具。 具誓护法傲慢众无余， 令圣教正法增广能力具。 受用以誓物严饰之供食， 具誓清净瑜伽士供养眷属。 息灭违缘障碍之事业， 增长寿命财富之事业， 摄伏显有声名之事业， 摧毁仇敌灰烬之事业， 祈请殊胜共同四种事业， 祈请天尊玛哈热西作。

In the emanation, instantly and miraculously born, Wrathful Vajra, the king of the blue-black wrathful ones, Naked, unadorned, with a terrifying and fearsome form, May you be enthroned in the unchanging Dharmakaya, free from elaboration. With one face, four arms, and two legs spread wide, You possess the means and wisdom for ultimate activity. With mouth open, teeth bared, tongue rolled, sparks flying, You possess the power to burn obstructors to ashes. With three eyes, red and round, glaring like lightning, You possess the power to swiftly accomplish activities. With bristling eyebrows, beard, and mustache radiating, You possess the power as a hero who liberates those who have fallen. With hair reddish-black, blazing upwards, You possess the power to expand the white side's teachings. Standing majestically on a lotus and sun seat of enemies and obstructors, You possess the power to subdue the violence of detachment. With your right hand, you brandish a great iron hammer in the sky, You possess the power to crush the heads of enemies and demons. With your left hand, you hold aloft a sharp sword that severs thought, You possess the power to cut through the bodies of obstructors. With your lower two hands, you raise a stupa in the sky, You possess the power to protect the life force of yogis. At times, you violently strike cymbals of the sun and moon, You possess the power to scatter blood and flesh in repulsion and destruction. At that time, you clench your fingers, grasping red and black sins, You possess the power to feast on flesh and blood without remainder. At other times, you lift Mount Meru into the sky, You possess the power to suppress and torment enemies and obstructors. With countless emanations of small wrathful ones like yourself, You possess the power to accomplish unobstructed activities. With a rain of fierce mantras and chains of iron hooks, You possess the power to summon the unruly spirits. With the power of truthful words and curses, You possess immeasurable fierce strength and power. Dwelling in the expanse of primordial wisdom fire, You possess the power to burn afflictions, enemies, and demons. With countless hosts of the eight classes of obedient servants, You possess the power to grind enemies and obstructors to dust. With all the oath-bound treasure protectors and arrogant hosts, You possess the power to increase and expand the sacred Dharma teachings. Accept this torma offering adorned with sacred substances, And for the pure, oath-bound yogis, their patrons, and retinues, Grant the activity of pacifying obstacles and hindrances, Grant the activity of increasing life, glory, and wealth, Grant the activity of subjugating appearances and sounds, Grant the activity of reducing enemies and demons to ashes, Grant all the supreme and common four activities, May the supreme deity, Maharishi, accomplish them! By urging and enthroning in this way, may the assembly of deities be pleased and, being wrathful towards enemies and obstructors, perform the work of repulsion and transformation.

Thinking that all of these are done without hindrance. Hum Bhio! The righteous and stainless one who subdues pride, The great wrathful one who is the emanation and miraculous birth of that one, Vajra of fear and hatred, And the emanation of that Wrathful King, And also the Damchen (བདམ་ཅན།, oath-bound) with the ocean of emanations, The Eight Classes of proud ones who listen to orders, Each with their own servants, emanations, and messengers, To you all, together with your retinue, I entrust the task of averting and transforming. We, the mantra holders, together with our retinue, From this very moment onwards, Until this very moment in the future, Years, months, days, times, spar and sme, Life, body, power, lungta, enemies, executioners, obstacles, Evil influences of planets, dates, constellations, Lords of the earth, evil directions, and so forth, I pray that you avert unfavorable and contrary circumstances. Gods, demons, mamos, gyaltsen, and so forth, Because the Eight Classes are angry and disturbed, Headaches, epidemics, plagues, smallpox, And stomachaches, boils, carbuncles, hot diseases, and so forth, Avert the four hundred and four types of diseases. Gods, nagas, yakshas, gyalsen, and so forth, Eighteen thousand types of spirits, And eighty thousand types of obstacles, And avert the fifteen great child spirits. Avert the eighty-one bad omens. Avert the three hundred and sixty kinds of evil spirits. Sud- denly seven hundred and twenty... Shooting the front rope like an arrow... The back rope spreading like mist... The fierce cruelty of the great and powerful god... The magical power of the asuras... Being seized by the withering iron hook... The curse of the righteous Brahmin... Circling the image of the Protector... Complete with the wheel of Yama... Casting the fire of Mars... Sending slander and discord... The messenger's curse, swift of foot... The coming of the hundred thousand recitations of the bhikshu... The Bonpo throwing the blood sacrifice... Casting the evil mantras of the heretics... Throwing the mustard seed sorcery... The mantra practitioner throwing the mantra sorcery... The coming of the curse of the black magic phurba... Imposing the curse of suppression on paper... Performing the evil deed of burning and throwing... Stirring up the demon from above... The rising of the sri from below... The rising of the ancestral old sri...
