The outer perimeter of the torma, decorate it with the ornaments of a charnel ground, make it either painted or in relief, and arrange it well. Turn. Such a great Dharma implement, because it possesses vows, fulfills all wishes, and is the supreme object of approach and practice. The order of meditation is as follows: visualize oneself as a clear deity, from the seed syllables in the heart, Raṃ (རཾ, अग्नि, ram, fire), Yaṃ (ཡཾ, वायु, yam, wind), Khaṃ (ཁཾ, आकाश, kham, space), emanate light, and purify all the impurities of the Dharma implement by burning, purifying, and washing. From the syllable Traṃ (ཏྲཱཾ, अग्नि, tram, fire) arise Mount Sumeru, recite "Oṃ Hūṃ Trāṃ Hrīḥ Āḥ (ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨཱཿ)", generate the four continents, and above them, generate a magnificent palace, and generate the assembly of deities as described in the ritual. Therefore, always keep this great Dharma implement as a solemn pledge and support, offer torma, and recite mantras. Especially on the third, eighth, fifteenth, twenty-fifth, and twenty-ninth days of the month, pray for the elimination of epidemics, and you will accomplish all your wishes from the life force of the arrogant ones. Also, add the syllables of the mantra of the desired action, this is very important. Finished. Furthermore, if you want to benefit beings and heal the sick, spread various grains on a white felt cloth, place the powder of grains, jewels, and blood, one-third of a khal (measure of weight), on the patient's body, measure the patient's height, and make a substitute figure one cubit long. Decorate the eyes with conch shells, the heart with bezoar, the hands with ginseng fruit, and decorate with great cinnabar, blood, and silk clothes. Bird feathers (three butter lamps for body, speech, and mind, etc.), decorate with the best white mustard seeds, one cubit long. In addition, accumulate as in the recitation ritual. Place gold in the right hand of the substitute, jade in the left hand, iron in the right foot, copper in the left foot, an arrow on the right shoulder, and paint five colors on the left shoulder. Take the cherished gold and jade, etc., from your own neck, take wealth from the patient's body, and place it on the neck of the substitute.
