Svaha! Therefore, the sixteen-spoked wheel's tips point outwards. Inside the spokes are the life-forces of whichever wisdom deities are invoked. To each syllable, add "Bhyo Bat". For example, for the Powerful One, recite "Vajra Sarva Dushtan Keta Keta Maraya Bat". Similarly, apply this to Yamaraja, Hayagriva, etc. Write the syllable heads pointing outwards. Between the spokes, write "Nri Tri Maraya Bat" to destroy enemies and obstacles. Write the syllable heads pointing inwards. Outside of that, around the eighteen eyes, are the mantras of the wisdom deities, such as the Powerful One, Yamaraja, Garuda, Hayagriva, Vajrapani, Vajrakumara, etc., at their feet. For the king of the planetary demons, recite "Bhyo". For the eighteen arrogant ones, recite "Bhyo". Subdue the enemies and obstacles, Samaya! These syllable heads point outwards. Outside of that, draw a vajra fire mountain. Outside of that, draw the deities' forms and smiling faces. The Powerful Heruka himself has nine heads, eight legs, and eighteen arms. As in the praises and requests, he is dark blue. Vajrakumara has one face and two arms. He is dark blue, with a vajra in his right hand and a kīla (ritual dagger) raised in his left. Hayagriva has one face and two arms. He is red, with a copper vajra in his right hand and a kapala (skull cup) in his left. Vajrapani has one face and two arms. He is dark blue, with a vajra threatening gesture raised in both his right and left hands. Garuda has sharp claws and wings spread. With his iron beak, he devours snakes. With his vajra claws, he holds the flesh of corpses. He is a golden Garuda. Yama has one face and two arms. He is dark blue, with an eight-spoked wheel in his right hand and a skull staff in his left. All of them are drawn wrathful, adorned with charnel ground ornaments. Nourish the wheel with poison and blood. The wisdom planetary demon himself is black in nature, appearing outwards, with four arms. In the first two arms, he holds a makara (sea monster) and a snake lasso. The lower two arms hold an iron arrow and an iron bow. The wisdom life-force also merges into the sound of the mantra. Therefore, on the four limbs, write Ja Hum Bam Hoh, and on the crown of the head, write Trik Nan Hur Ka, wrapped inwards, and on the heart, write Ja. All five of these antidotes should be written. All letters, including those for oppressing and seizing, should be written. When rotating the wheel, first overthrow Rudra. Above that are the arrogant ones, above that are all the planetary demons, above that are the worldly gods. Above that is the wheel of subduing in sequence. Above the worldly planetary demons is the wisdom planetary demon Garuda, above that is Yama, above that is Hayagriva, above that is Vajrapani, above that is Vajrakumara.

其上依次觀想具力者等，觀想彼等足向下指，調伏傲慢者。四橛之上的鎮壓輪等之後面，各畫一座佛塔。卡尼的寶瓶之中，寫（藏文：ལ，梵文天城體：ल，梵文羅馬擬音：la，漢語字面意思：拉）。緣起咒心之足下，如此寫道：語之諦實願此成就！成就！成就！成就！如是緣起之要點，是也。橛輪等，在封閉孔穴之下，地的顱骨之上，放置頭蓋骨，是口訣。如是若以方便智慧具足者所作，則星曜魔不侵擾，傲慢者等，入於事業，定將如是。咒語諦實之義，必定成就。如是若為實修精通者所知，則以此事業必定成就。此乃有情業之黑小母，猛厲之事業。此以輪等必定成就，無疑。其時在惡時，每月初三、九月初三，朵瑪與薈供，以及精華黃金，獻酒供養。於敵人形像上，打擊木橛，並作詛咒等，作誅殺之事業。以此驅使傲慢者入於事業，定將摧毀敵障。如是說。彼等是書寫星曜魔擾亂者。此後，為普遍鎮壓一切傲慢者，星曜魔世間之腹中，如下所示：書寫有輪輻之輪，與帳篷，此二者。此二者隨意擇一，是選擇，傲慢者，普遍與個別皆可應用。此乃攪動與斷除之有輪輻之口訣，此甚深且隱秘。普遍鎮壓有輪輻者，個別鎮壓有輪輻者，二者之第一，普遍鎮壓有輪輻者，輪輻與咒語於中央，猛厲ཨེ（藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城體：ए，梵文羅馬擬音：e，漢語字面意思：唉）。 其中普遍命種子字ཨཱེཿ（藏文：ཨཱེཿ，梵文天城體：ऐ，梵文羅馬擬音：ai，漢語字面意思：唉），於此十八傲慢者命字頭朝外環繞書寫。於三個彎月上，書寫奪取者ཧུར་ཐུམས་ཛཿ（藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城體：जः，梵文羅馬擬音：jah，漢語字面意思：匝）三字，咒語頭朝內。於四方輪輻上，書寫四個力量字，བཛྲ་སརྦ་དུ་ཥཊཱན（藏文：བཛྲ་སརྦ་དུ་ཥཊཱན，梵文天城體：वज्र सर्व दुष्टान्，梵文羅馬擬音：vajra sarva duṣṭān，漢語字面意思：金剛一切惡者）。頭應朝外。四隅四斷，མཱ་ར་ཡ་རྦད（藏文：མཱ་ར་ཡ་རྦད，梵文天城體：मारय र्बद，梵文羅馬擬音：māraya rbada，漢語字面意思：殺 擊），咒語頭朝內。其外環繞命名字，字頭朝內，如下所示：傲慢者普遍之命

Accomplished! Accomplished! This is the essential point of dependent arising. The subjugation wheels are placed under the closing of the hole, on top of the skull of the earth, placing the skull on the mouth, is the instruction. Thus, if done with skillful means and wisdom, the planets and demons will not harm, and the arrogant ones will enter into action, it will surely be so. The meaning of the truth of the mantra will definitely be accomplished. Thus, if known by a skilled practitioner, this action will surely be accomplished. This is the black small mother of existence's action, a fierce action. This will surely be accomplished with the wheels, without doubt. At times of inauspicious times, on the third day of the first month, and the third day of the ninth month, offer tormas and tsok, as well as essence gold and libation offerings. On the enemy's effigy, strike with a peg, and perform curses, etc., perform the action of casting spells. By this, urge the arrogant ones into action, and surely destroy the enemy obstacles. Thus it is said. These are the writings of the disturbing planets and demons. Then, to universally suppress all arrogant ones, in the belly of the worldly planets and demons, as follows: Draw a wheel with spokes, and a tent, these two. Choose either of these two, it is a choice, the arrogant ones, apply to both general and specific. This is the instruction of the wheel with spokes that stirs and cuts, this is deep and secret.
