也能成办诸事。 又是调伏国王等男女恶鬼之咒： 嗡 嘎度达ra 达嘎ra恰，ra德热萨……也有，玛雅，匝勒塔 仲 巴，班匝 杜斯达 德 纳， 吽 吞 玛ra雅 巴 索。自身反噬之相： 自己内心不悦，想哭泣， 去空屋， 发生大风暴， 梦见搬运粪便， 想发怒， 想争斗， 向外人顶礼， 请求加持， 没有出现比自己更强大的人， 被水冲走， 唱长歌， 向下跑， 抱着小孩， 狗， 猴子阿列， 露出伤口、屁股和阴部， 露出性器官， 麻风病人， 乞丐， 梦见与女人睡觉， 梦见这些就猛烈念诵咒语， 观想本尊， 这样就不能加害。 念诵百遍或千遍咒语，调伏之相是顶礼， 献上恭敬， 可怜巴巴地坐着就中断（念诵）。 仅仅念诵那个咒语就能平息。 又是显示业力黑阎摩死地： 在粪坑里，用母牦牛粪木和黑刺的火，焚烧人、狗、猪粪的烟。 匝嘎勒头脚倒置，用火光和烟熏。 自己观想智慧阎摩死主， 观想自己心间放射出一个红色（种子字，藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉字字面意思：让），焚烧他们。 嗡 亚曼达嘎 哈 囊 巴， 辛 粗 斗 玉 贝……登， 吾夏 扎 扎 囊 囊， 舍 穆 谬 苏 玉 秀， 比 玉 康 玉 巴……达呢，德 囊， 亚嘎亚， 亚玛ra匝匝， 班匝 萨瓦 杜斯达 德 囊， 吽 吞 玛ra雅 巴。 念诵千遍，用拳头打， 然后祈求宽恕。 这样修持就不能反噬， 能成办所委托之事。 这些是调伏邪魔的调伏咒。 不精通要诀却想调伏邪魔， 就像恶劣的主人役使仆人， 想调伏反而被反击。 精通要诀， 就像国王役使眷属， 听从所吩咐的命令。 无论做什么修法，调伏之法都很重要。 现在显示修法之实践： 面向自己仇敌的方向， 做一箭长的四方形坛城， 用大灰烬、尸陀林的尸体灰烬涂成黑色， 中央做一个一肘高、一拃高、四指宽的三角形。
