In general, if practice is also skilled in temperature, practice will not be wasted, auspiciousness, wealth, and food will increase. The method of guiding recitation is: constantly reciting with the mind is best; constantly reciting in a whisper is intermediate; constantly being heard by others is distracted, it is inferior. Accomplishment is slow. Moreover, when applying it to activities and subduing fierce spirits, recite wrathfully. During practice, lie down for a long time and recite constantly. It is important to cherish cutting off speech about anything. If yawning and numbness occur, they cannot be counted. Distraction of body, speech, and mind cannot be counted. Both supreme and common accomplishments are achieved through mantras. The result of practicing in this way is: as a sign of obtaining supreme accomplishment: the external sign is realizing that the nature of the mind is non-dual. No obstacle will hinder this life. The body is comfortable and soft, and the color turns white. Lice, fleas, and types of insects are all pacified. Types of diseases will not invade. The internal sign is knowing joy, the generation stage is clear, and no deterioration can cause harm. The secret sign is: realizing that all phenomena of appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana are non-dual. The yogi who practices in this way, his mind, initially has no cause, in the middle has no condition, and finally has no karmic ripening. Mind!
