Pa. Adorned with terrifying charnel ground ornaments, possessing the demeanor of a wrathful and fierce ogress. With two legs in a dancing posture of outstretched and bent, residing amidst blazing flames of wisdom. In the realms of existence and peace, unmatched in grandeur and power. Transformed into a form that delights and gathers an inconceivable assembly of wrathful deities, both male and female, filled with pride. Bestowing blessings upon the three places. Absorbing the wisdom beings. Granting empowerment. Adorned on the head by the lineage lord, Amoghasiddhi. Offerings and praises are made. At the heart, on top of the sun, surrounded by a garland of mantras around a green-black Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།，हुं，hūṃ，吽), imagine that rays of light, fire, weapons, and clouds of wrathful goddesses emanate, utterly destroying obstructing demons and spirits. Recite the root mantra, the heart mantra, and the action mantra in combination. At the end, offer and praise again. Pray, "May the Bhagavati accomplish the activity of subduing the wicked." As you pray, imagine that the assembly of messengers emanating from her heart forcibly summons the object of focus and absorbs it into the effigy. Namo. Root and lineage gurus, yidam deities. By the power of truth of the lion-faced dakini. All enemies, obstructors, spirits, and sorcery. Swiftly summon them into this effigy. Speak these words of truth, and at the end of the root mantra and the mantras, say Sarva Vighnān Śatrūn Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，जः हुं वं होः，jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，扎 吽 旺 霍) again and again, and focus intensely. Then, by reciting Aḥ Kaḥ Saḥ Maḥ Raḥ Caḥ Śaḥ Daḥ Raḥ Saḥ Maḥ Raḥ Yaḥ Phaṭ, the pure consciousness of the enemies and obstructors dissolves into the heart of the wisdom dakini in the form of the letter A. All life and merit are gathered into oneself. Imagine that from the front generation, a rain of disease, weapons, and poison falls, reducing the physical body to dust. At the end of the root mantra and the action mantra, say Sarva Vighnān Śatrūn Māraya Phaṭ. Sprinkle white mustard seeds while speaking. Fumigate with gugul. Cut into pieces with a killing knife, and mix with pieces of meat, drops of blood, onions, garlic, salt, and thang phrom, etc. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Ha Ho Hrīḥ, may the torma, the flesh and blood of enemies and obstructors, become the essence of the nectar of wisdom. At the end of the heart mantra, offer Sarva Vighnān Śatrūn Baliṃta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi three or seven times. Offer the outer offerings with Oṃ Karma Ḍākinī Siṃ ha Mukha Sa Parivāra Arghaṃ, etc., and the inner offerings with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. From the beginning, may all defilements be purified and definitively liberated. Although transcending the world, the methods are diverse.

Great and terrifying hero, is the fierce and transforming Karma Lion-faced Mother, surrounded by a million mothers, employing gods and demons of the eight classes as messengers, together with your retinue, increase your power and strength tonight, for the yogi, myself and my retinue, the demons and misleading, unfavorable groups that obstruct obstacles, reverse them upon the oath-breaking enemies! Reverse, transform, Samaya! Bad dreams, omens, and evil spells, curses and maledictions, reverse them upon the oath-breaking enemies! Eighty thousand kinds of obstacles, and three hundred and sixty kinds of evil spirits, reverse them upon the oath-breaking enemies! Sixty kinds of sudden illnesses, and torma, phurba, insertions, reverse them upon the oath-breaking enemies! Yama's phurba insertions, and the king's madness inflictions, reverse them upon the oath-breaking enemies! The mothers' blood-stained knives and arrows are thrown, the nagas' and demons' bad breath and leprosy, reverse them upon the oath-breaking enemies! Remain in the state of aimless view for a long time. Then visualize oneself clearly as the deity, dissolving into the realm of clear light. Again
