By Sonam Gyaltsen, the boundless accumulation of merit, is dedicated so that sentient beings may attain enlightenment. Through this merit, may I and all sentient beings directly see the face of the Dakini, and may the activities of all four actions be accomplished without hindrance. Thus, it is written, having gathered the essence from the teachings of Padma Garwang. ༈ This is the outer generation stage, and the essence of the profound inner generation stage, the method of practicing the mandala of the body, and the second completion stage, the instructions for the four chakras, etc., which are extensively present. It is the collected essence of the generation and completion stage instructions of the wisdom Dakini, the Lion-faced Mother. Namo Dakini Simhamukhe (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). Here, in the practice of the Lion-faced Mother, there are two stages: generation and completion. First, one meditates as if instantly realizing the generation stage of the Lion-faced Mother. Knowing that the outer vessel world, the inner channels of the body, and the form of the triangular Dharma source palace are inseparable. In particular, the essence of one's own eye and form are the father and mother, the ear and sound are Vajrapani father and mother, the nose and smell are Akashagarbha father and mother, the tongue and taste are Lokeshvara father and mother, the body and touch are Sarvanivaranaviskambhin father and mother, the mind and Dharma are Manjushri father and mother, the joints are Samantabhadra father and mother, the veins are Maitreya father and mother, the right hand is Yamantaka father and mother, the left hand is Aparajita father and mother, the tongue is Hayagriva father and mother, the secret is Yamari father and mother, the right arm is Achala father and mother, the left arm is Kamadeva father and mother, the right knee is Nila-danda father and mother, the left knee is Mahabala father and mother, the crown of the head is Chakravartin father and mother, the two soles of the feet are Nanda and Sundari father and mother, the aggregate of form is Vairochana and the space element is Dhatvishvari mother, both father and mother, the aggregate of feeling is Ratnasambhava and the earth element is Buddhalochana, the aggregate of perception is Amitabha and the fire element is Pandaravasini, the aggregate of formation is Amoghasiddhi and the wind element is Samaya Tara, the aggregate of consciousness is Akshobhya and the water element is Mamaki. All of these combined are Samantabhadra father and mother. On the forehead is the body Vajra Mother, on the throat is the speech Vajra Mother, and in the heart is the mind Vajra Mother. All of these are also the spontaneously accomplished, pure, and indestructible essence.

In the hearts of all deities who, by way of appearance, have transformed into the form of deities with the essence of great bliss, upon a lotus and sun disc, dwells the wisdom being, red in color, identical to oneself. In its heart, upon a moon disc, dwells the samadhi being, each a Hūṃ. It is primordially pure in the essence of clear emptiness and great bliss. In the heart of the wisdom being in one's own heart center, around the Hūṃ, counterclockwise: Aḥ Kāḥ Saḥ Maḥ Raḥ Tsaḥ Śaḥ Daḥ Raḥ Saḥ Maḥ Raḥ Yaḥ Phaṭ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the fourteen-syllable root mantra. Oṃ Vajra Ḍākinī Siṃha Mukha Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the heart mantra. Oṃ Jñāna Ḍākinī Sarva Siddhi Phala Hoḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the action mantra; recite these as much as possible. When performing peaceful, increasing, powerful, or wrathful actions, radiate and gather the light rays with white, yellow, red, or black mantra garlands. Second, the completion stage: Then, dissolve the deity assembly of the body mandala into the base body. Visualize oneself as the form of Siṃhamukhā, in the center of the empty expanse, clearly visualize the three channels and four chakras, at the junction of the three channels, Raṃ on the sun seat at the navel, Oṃ at the navel, Hūṃ at the heart, Aṃ at the throat, Haṃ at the crown. On the eight petals of the heart chakra, Aḥ Kāḥ Saḥ Maḥ Raḥ Tsaḥ Śaḥ Daḥ, the eight blue syllables, along with Hūṃ, face downwards. On the sixteen petals of the throat chakra, one recitation of the root mantra, and Aḥ Kāḥ, two syllables, totaling sixteen red syllables, face upwards. On the thirty-two petals of the crown chakra, two recitations of the root mantra, and Aḥ Kāḥ Saḥ Maḥ, four syllables, totaling thirty-two white syllables, of the nature of bliss, face downwards. On the sixty-four petals of the navel chakra, four recitations of the root mantra, and Aḥ Kāḥ Saḥ Maḥ Raḥ Tsaḥ, six syllables, totaling sixty-four red syllables, of the nature of heat, face upwards. Visualize that within the anus, from Yaṃ, arises a wind mandala in the shape of a bow, moving upwards. Then, exhale and hold the breath, forcing the single syllable Ro wind downwards, gathering from the central channel at the crown, exhaling the syllable Raṃ. From the syllable Raṃ, fire blazes, from the short A syllable and other syllables at the navel, the fire of the fourteen syllables' own sound burns fiercely and intensely, striking the Hūṃ syllable and syllables at the heart, causing a stream of nectar like molten silver to descend with the own sound of the eight syllables, contemplate the arising of the wisdom of bliss and emptiness. Similarly, one should also contemplate the crown and throat chakras, abide in the indivisibility of bliss and emptiness, and hold the vase breath as much as possible, this is the actual practice of the session.
