Fourth, the purification of food is: Bless the food as nectar and enjoy it with the intention of offering to the deities of the aggregates and elements, or enjoy it with satisfaction in the state of vast, clear emptiness. Fifth, the purification of sleep is: When going to sleep at night, settle in the posture of full lotus, squatting, or lion's pose, and entrust your mind to the root guru Padmasambhava in union with his consort, visualized as the embodiment of all refuge objects, appearing in the center of the union of the sun and moon in your heart. By sleeping in the state of inexpressible awareness, sleep will arise as clear light. Sixth, the purification of waking up is: When the time to wake up at dawn arrives, visualize four Ḍākinīs from the sky making the sound of the Ḍāmaru and the melody of mantras.

因贪著之缘故，从光明中生起双运之身，于如是明观为天尊之状态中起立。无论外内之沐浴瑜伽任何一种先行，皆应进入朵顿（一座之间）。如是修持之时，将遣除障碍与增益之究竟，深道上师瑜伽作为要点而猛击。生起次第之明观，以及依此所生起之种种显空双运之体验生起之时，应由具经验之上师指示并引入正道。于生起次第之明观，获得强弱之稳固后， 以任运加持之圆满次第诀窍连接，气入中脉安住之功力圆满，境与有境无二之智慧现前，将迅速度越地道之次第。 ༈ །།若欲修持，于寂静处，于画像前，陈设具备血酒之誓物之朵玛与水二者之前行供品，严密遮断界限。如前所说之修法，可分为六座或四座等修持，于二座或晚座之末尾供养朵玛。根本咒十四字百万十四遍，心咒百万四遍，事业咒百万一遍等补念，若有兴致与能力，亦可配合时机，于七日左右念诵特殊之六事业咒。最后，依此仪轨正文，或依共同秘密之仪轨，亦可进行补念之护摩，则能获得于一切事业无碍之能力。诶玛！胜者之补处化身，一切智教法之主，班禅喇嘛之口诀中，所生起之空行狮面母。 俱生母之生起次第之，诀窍珍宝之鬘庄严此，寻求意义之持藏者，善知识阿阇黎释迦教，双运离念证悟意义之，瑜伽士慈贤等之，再三殷勤劝请之面，无有佛法莲花自在者，名为调伏一切，火女猪年之春月之，白分之吉日为，三日于寂静之，树顶空行之圣地中，善妙梵文之造作者，为长官。

By manifesting the wisdom of the inseparability of subject and object, bliss and emptiness, one will quickly traverse the stages of the grounds and paths. ༈ །། If you want to practice, in a secluded place, in front of a painted image, set up the preliminary offerings of a torma with flesh and wine vows, and water, and strictly cut off the boundaries. The practice as described above can be divided into six or four sessions, and at the end of the two sessions or the evening session, offer the torma. Recite the root mantra of fourteen syllables fourteen hundred thousand times, the heart mantra four hundred thousand times, and the action mantra one hundred thousand times, including the completion. If you are interested and capable, you can also recite the special six action mantras for about seven days in accordance with the timing. Finally, according to the actual text of this ritual, or according to the common secret ritual, you can also perform the completion homa, and you will gain the ability to be unimpeded in all actions.
