To the north, the assembly of the Sangha Jewel. Visualize that around these, the Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, Guardians, and Vajra Brothers reside. With my kind parents as the foremost, all sentient beings of the three realms, as infinite as the sky, from this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Dharmakaya Samantabhadra parents and the lineage lamas. I take refuge in the assembly of peaceful and wrathful Yidams. I take refuge in the Buddhas who have gone to bliss in the three times. I take refuge in the complete teachings of the Great Perfection, the two truths, the scriptures, and the sacred Dharma. I take refuge in the noble Sangha who do not turn back from their training. I take refuge in the Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, Guardians, and Vajra Brothers who possess the eye of wisdom. I take refuge in the Lama. I take refuge in the Buddha. I take refuge in the Dharma. I take refuge in the Sangha. I prostrate and take refuge with reverence to the deities of the great mandala of the Mother Wisdom Dakini, the Lion-faced Mother. After practicing as much as possible, for the sake of leading all beings of the three realms to the unsurpassed state of enlightenment and bliss, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta! Recite this three times. May all parent sentient beings, as infinite as the sky, attain the precious state of complete and perfect enlightenment. For this reason, I will practice the profound path of the two stages of the venerable Lion-faced Mother. Through this power, may all parent sentient beings, as infinite as the sky, be endowed with happiness, be free from suffering, and quickly attain the state of Dakini! After reciting this as much as possible with a clear mind, dissolve the objects of refuge into oneself and rest in a state of non-attachment.
