In order to prevent myself from being afraid of forgetting, and to benefit future followers, the non-worldly yogi Padmagar gyi Wangchuk, on the full moon day of the waxing moon of the winter month of the Wood Rabbit year (1975), perfectly composed it at the Mirror Auspicious Everlasting Great Bliss Dharma Wheel Island. The scribe is the virtuous Bhikshu Shönnu Sangpo, who holds the vow of a single seat. By this merit, May I and all sentient beings be able to defeat the enemy of afflictions, and quickly realize the co-emergent wisdom of the Great Perfection. By the virtue of writing this, may I and all sentient beings be able to see the face of the Dakini directly, and may all four activities be accomplished without hindrance. Furthermore, when accomplishing various activities by relying on fire puja, the five families, with Vajra Dakini as the main one, perform the pacifying fire puja. Relying on Ratna Dakini, perform the increasing fire puja. Relying on Padma Dakini, the powerful subjugating mother, perform the magnetizing fire puja. Relying on the secret accomplishment Naked Black Wrathful Mother, perform the wrathful fire puja. The methods are known from their respective texts, and even if the actual text is not obtained, it can be accomplished by changing the deity mantra of the secret common fire puja. Furthermore, when accomplishing various activities through the wheel, there are two types of wheels: the wheel worn on the body, and the wheel that empowers the activities to the wind. The first is: A condensed instruction on the activity empowerment wheel of the Lion-faced Mother. Homage to the Dakini Lion-faced Mother! The wheel for accomplishing all activities is: On the fifteenth day of the month, when the auspicious Purbu day gathers, face west. Sit in the vajra posture. The basis for writing is Chinese paper or the left side of human skin.
