Through the gate of altruistic activity, for the benefit of male and female beings, this is called the Vajra Ten Wrathful Ones' protection. As stated in the great Dakini's activity practices, the method is as follows: Use flawless Tibetan paper, draw the wheel like a small picture. Use the hundred-syllable mantra and the three syllables. Consecrate with the heart of dependent arising. Anoint with camphor and other fine fragrances. Wrap with five-colored threads. The outer shell is considered to be black. The method of writing the desired mantra, etc., should be understood from oral instructions. This is the profound instruction of the Vajra Ten Wrathful Ones' protection. A thi! I prostrate to the sole mother Dakini, who is the protector and refuge of all! Today, to benefit beings, I will create a protection wheel of body, speech, and mind. Draw it well like a small mandala, anoint it with camphor and other fine fragrances. Recite the root mantra a hundred times and the three syllables. Consecrate by striking with 'Has'. The wrapping of five-colored threads should be done well. The outer shell should be considered black. Again, consecrate with the heart of dependent arising. This is the protection wheel of body, speech, and mind of the great Dakini Lion-faced Mother. A thi! I prostrate and take refuge in the great Dakini Lion-faced Mother. Please bless me! Her activity practice is the protection of the black obscuring wood, substances, mantras, and desired mandalas. Know that the substances are as follows: The 'ears' of the wood are birch, Saussurea lanuginosa, fir, thorny juniper, musk, black willow, white willow, male juniper, female juniper, and so on. All of these are indicated as substances. The mantras and desired mandalas, etc., should be understood from the side of the picture. The auspicious shell and consecration, etc., all of these should be understood as before. All of these benefits are that the planets, nagas, demons, fierce ones, king, male knife, female knife, etc., cannot harm if this protection is present. This is the profound instruction of the protection called the black obscuring wood, from the activity practices of the great Dakini. A thi! I prostrate to the compassionate great Dakini! This is called the "Hail Protection Granary of Instructions." The yogi should first complete one million recitations. In a copper vessel without cracks or damage, fill it with various types of milk, such as cow's milk, sheep's milk, and yak's milk. Mix these with clean water and fill the copper vessel. Then, add an appropriate amount of Naga medicine. It is crucial to add pure musk without impurities. Place the copper vessel in an elevated position. Invoke and dismiss all the earth lords, Nagas, evil spirits, yakshas, and the eight classes of beings into the copper vessel. Visualize that they are actually present inside. In order to pacify all the illnesses and sufferings of the Nagas, earth lords, evil spirits, yakshas, and the eight classes of beings, recite about three hundred mantras into the water in the copper vessel, visualizing that the eight classes of beings are causing clouds to gather. Offer a white torma to the Nagas and the eight classes of beings. Then, request the earth lords, Nagas, evil spirits, yakshas, and the eight classes of beings to return to their respective abodes, and sprinkle the water from the copper vessel in the four directions. By doing this, there is no doubt that you can prevent hail, so practice it! Through the activity of the great Dakini Lion-faced Mother, this is a profound instruction called "Hail Protection Granary." A thīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, meaning unclear). Homage to the great Dakini! Another method is to fill a flawless copper vase with milk mixed with three sweets (honey, molasses, and sugar) and water. After adding Naga medicine, recite "nāga rāja puṣṭiṃ kuru ye oṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Naga King, increase, do, ye, Om)" about three million times at the end of the root mantra, along with a thread for counting. In a katora bowl or a large container, draw an eight-petaled lotus with colors. Make a representation of the Naga King Nanda surrounded by the eight great Nagas using butter or tsampa dough. Bless the three places, and perform the invocation and dismissal of wisdom beings. Then, bathe them with the water from the vase, purifying all the illnesses, sufferings, sins, and obscurations of the Nagas. Restore all damaged senses and limbs, transforming their bodies into those of deities. Visualize that they are joyful and delighted, and the sky spontaneously fills with clouds. Then, sprinkle the water in the four directions. By doing this, there is no doubt that you can prevent hail. Through the activity of the great Dakini Lion-faced Mother, this is a profound instruction called "Hail Protection, Preventing Famine."
