The Bodhicitta obtained from karma, its essence is the nature of bliss-emptiness bindu. Its form is the Lion-faced Dakini, her body color like the radiance of clear silver liquid, her two hands holding the vase of longevity. Her two feet are in the posture of half-lotus, seated on a lunar seat. Visualize a complete form. Then, focus on the key points of tummo yoga for one session, and by blowing with the ro-kyang breath, fire blazes from the Jetsunma below the navel. Visualize the flames touching the Jetsunma through the central channel from the navel, heart, throat, to the crown, and by striving with breath and wheel, the fire blazes even more intensely. From the Jetsunma at the crown, bindus like silver liquid descend, their essence being bliss-emptiness, filling the crown, throat, heart, and navel with bliss. By repeatedly inhaling small breaths and holding them, visualize the sun pushing upwards and the moon pressing downwards, focusing single-pointedly without wavering on that which has the nature of burning and dripping, bliss-emptiness, and combine breath and wheel. Recite the root mantra one thousand times, and the special mantra one hundred thousand times, and then at the time of concluding the session, pray that the wisdom dakini Lion-faced one grants me the accomplishment of deathlessness and longevity, and pacifies all evil circumstances and obstacles. Visualize countless iron kilayas with lion-faced heads emanating from every pore, driving away and tormenting all demons and obstacles that harm life, and performing the activities of stiffening, stupefying, and subduing. The antidote for wind disease is nutmeg and cinnamon. Alternatively, one method is to use Aucklandia lappa instead of cinnamon. Note: Mix these ingredients in equal parts, mix with white sugar honey, and make pills the size of sheep droppings. Place them in a qualified skull cup, seal it with red silk, and surround it with torma offerings. Meditate on any of your own longevity practice deities. Bless the pills as nectar by reciting the root mantra and the special mantra continuously for seven days without interruption. The visualization is: Light radiates from both yourself and the nectar, illuminating the ten directions. All the blessings and powers of the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, and protectors of the ten directions are invited in the form of immortal life nectar and dissolve into the pills. Again, light radiates and summons all the life, merit, essence, wealth, power, and glory of the six realms of the world, and dissolves into the pills. Then, after breaking the retreat, take one pill each on an empty stomach without interruption. This is called the essence of all the secret treasures of the dakinis, the oral instruction that grants the accomplishment of immortal life and certainly delays death, like a piece of gold. Obtain it with peace of mind, and your life will be as bright as the sun and moon. Practice this oral instruction without doubt, and you will surely be liberated from the fear of death. Keep it secret from those who are not vessels. If you can give it to a qualified person, you also need an offering of one sho of gold.
