From the east, the white lion-faced mother comes, carrying a crystal vase filled with nectar, and contemplate that she has gathered all the essence of the water element. All the weakened four elements of the body are restored, and you obtain the siddhi of immortal life, equal to the sun and moon. Recite the root mantra a thousand times.
