The empowerment of the mind: By entrusting this unchanging glorious amulet, may the fearless mind vajra be quickly accomplished for the fortunate son, and may the empowerment of the mind be perfected. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པདྨ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ पद्म क्रोध किलि किलि य चित्त अभिषिञ्च हुṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ padma krodha kili kili ya citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Lotus, Wrathful, Kili, Kili, Ya, Mind, Abhisheka, Hum.) Ah! Fortunate and excellent son, by bestowing the empowerment of speech upon your mind, may all the illusions and thoughts of the mind be purified in their own place, and may you obtain the supreme empowerment of attaining the speech vajra. Then, place the pure vase on the crown of the head, Hūṃ! In the vase of the pure Dharmadhatu of jealousy, the wrathful king, the master of activities, possesses nine dances.
