Fortunate son of noble lineage, you have received the empowerment of listening and teaching, may you obtain the great empowerment of turning the supreme wheel of Dharma! May you receive the supreme empowerment that can liberate all beings in the three realms from suffering, and perfectly possess the qualities and activities of body, speech, and mind. Speech is the unceasing Kilaya, having completed the three aspects of recitation and accomplishment, may you show signs and symbols, and accomplish the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful.
