At this time of complete and extensive empowerment, focus on the oath-bound phurbas and speak the power of truth. By the power of truth, may the phurba-protecting oath-bound ones, the twenty-one benefactors, the twenty-eight powerful ones, and all their emanations and retinues, dissolve into their respective phurbas of support. Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हूँ वं होः，Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，Literal Meaning: Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ). Thus, invite them. Burn gugul incense. Burn large pieces of meat. Scatter white and black mustard seeds and the mantra-infused offering of four hearts and one essence, increasing splendor. The great glorious master Vajrakumara appears vividly. Since you yourselves are essentially Vajrakumara, and in form are the actual Lord of Secrets, I entrust the ocean of phurba-protecting oath-bound ones to you as servants and subjects. Therefore, be willing to accomplish all the entrusted activities without obstruction. Entrust the phurbas of the twelve oath-bound ones, etc., in order, according to the detailed notes.
