Radiating light, gusts of wind blowing from the nostrils, hailstones falling from the mouth, the unmoving Great Supreme One, in the state of body, speech, and mind, the supreme son of the assembled Wrathful Lords, Kīla, for all sentient beings wandering in samsara, although there is no karmic connection to liberate them through skillful means, in order to accomplish the activity of liberating them through power, liberating them into the indivisible body, speech, and mind, I prostrate and praise the supreme son, Kīla. This praise of the main deity, retinue, and sons, etc., was composed by Kharchen Bza, according to the words of the Great Orgyen. The urging of recitation: Hūṃ! From the maṇḍala of the Great Commitment, open the door of secret wisdom! For the sake of the arising of great siddhis, urge the commitment through recitation and practice. The commitment to liberate with compassion: It is not killing and suppressing, but filling the aggregates with vajra, and meditating on consciousness as vajra.
