哒咧，吽！法性甘露之法雨，为于此具缘者降，和合秘密语之法灌顶，今日于汝等作授予。嗡 班匝 额勒额拉亚 阿利嘉纳 阿比钦匝 吽！ 吼！具缘汝等得闻听讲说之灌顶故，得闻思讲说秘密咒果乘之胜妙，获得殊胜灌顶。第五，瓶灌顶者，将胜瓶置于顶上，灌注瓶水。吽！瓶之体性法身，瓶之自性圆满受用，瓶之大悲化身，圆满三身作灌顶。嗡 班匝 额勒额拉亚 阿比钦匝 吽 阿阿！吼！具缘汝等得瓶灌顶故，得入于秘密咒之界，获得受用之殊胜灌顶。 如是以王子以王族之顶上灌顶，系发髻，交付教敕印玺，而于转轮王之大王政作主宰。汝等亦如是，于最胜秘密瑜伽之殊胜法王位作主宰，成为具力之能者。第六，三种坛城之灌顶者，我等根本之神橛或身像置于顶上，我等根本，十方忿怒尊，橛之物质坛城等之中，化出与自身相同之身，融入汝等之各处，信受无别加持。吽！从青黑三角燃烧之坛城中，为成办三世诸佛之事业故，大吉祥金刚童子父母尊，作身语意之主灌顶。嗡 班匝 额勒额拉亚 吽 啪！阿比钦匝 嗡 阿 吽！吼！具缘汝等得大吉祥金刚童子父母根本坛城之灌顶故，获得身语意功德事业一切无勤任运成就之殊胜灌顶。其后，将十方忿怒尊之神橛或身像置于顶上。吽！从如劫火燃烧之坛城中，大怖畏 十尊忿怒尊父母，化身头饰食肉母众等，作身语意之主灌顶。嗡 班

Om Vajra Kili Kilaya Ali Jñana Abhisinca Hum! Ho! Fortunate ones, by receiving the empowerment of listening and expounding, May you receive the supreme vehicle of secret mantra fruition, and attain the supreme empowerment of listening, contemplating, and teaching. Fifth, the vase empowerment: Place the supreme vase on the crown of the head and pour the vase water. Hum! The essence of the vase is the Dharmakaya, The nature of the vase is perfect enjoyment, The compassion of the vase is the Nirmanakaya, The complete empowerment of the three kayas. Om Vajra Kili Kilaya Abhisinca Hum Ah Ah! Ho! Fortunate ones, by receiving the vase empowerment, May you enter the realm of secret mantra and attain the supreme empowerment of enjoyment. Just as a prince is bathed from the crown of his head, his hair is tied, and the seal of command is given, so that he has dominion over the great kingdom of the Chakravartin. Likewise, you are empowered to rule over the supreme Dharma kingdom of the supreme secret yoga, and you are made capable and powerful. Sixth, the empowerment of the three types of mandala: Place the root deity phurba or image on the crown of the head. From the root of self, the ten wrathful ones, and the substance mandala of the phurba, emanate bodies like oneself and dissolve into your respective places, believing that you are blessed without separation. Hum! From the burning mandala of the dark blue triangle, In order to accomplish the activities of the Buddhas of the three times, The great glorious Vajrakumara, father and mother, Bestow the empowerment of being the master of body, speech, and mind. Om Vajra Kili Kilaya Hum Phat! Abhisinca Om Ah Hum! Ho! Fortunate ones, by receiving the empowerment of the root mandala of the glorious Vajrakumara, father and mother, May you attain the supreme empowerment of spontaneously accomplishing all body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities without effort. Then, place the deity phurba or image of the ten wrathful ones on the crown of the head. Hum! From the mandala burning like the fire of the kalpa, The great terrifying Ten wrathful king fathers and mothers, Emanated head ornaments and retinues of flesh-eating mothers, Bestow the empowerment of being the master of body, speech, and mind. Seventh, the secret bodhicitta empowerment is: The lama, the glorious Vajrakumara, in union with his consort, invokes all the Tathagatas with the sound of joy and light. Entering from the crown of the head, the fire of great desire liberates all phenomena of samsara into the sphere, dissolving into bodhicitta. Taking it from the secret space, together with the nectar of the skull cup, place it on the tip of your tongues, and generate faith. EMA HO! I am the self-born Vajra, the form of the great glorious Vajrakumara. In order to liberate samsara into the sphere, I empower you with bodhicitta.
