I pay homage to the assembly of accomplished master Dzah Bir and the ocean of dakinis! Here, for the fortunate disciples who have abandoned this life and seek the next, the practice of the fierce fire empowerment, burning away afflictions and habitual tendencies, the stream of great bliss nectar is as follows: On an auspicious day and time, clean and purify the place of retreat. Set up the mandala on a square platform one arrow-length wide, smeared with alcohol and vermillion. The mandala palace has eight lotus petals, with doors, horse steps, and a surrounding circle. In the center is a double-layered dharmodaya, within which draw four lotus petals with directional colors. On top of that, place the sun, moon, and throne. Adorn the vase with a neck cord and ornaments, and arrange crystal and mirror chakras. On the left, in a worthy skull cup, mix white and red bodhicitta and secret substances, seal it with a mirror mandala, and cover it with a red silk tent. On the right, arrange a burning torma, decorated with swastika patterns. Behind it, arrange a blazing arrow one arrow-length long, with five colors: white, yellow, red, green, and blue. In front, according to the practice of Tilopa, arrange three sets of three fire pits, and in the center, all the empowerment substances.
