以舒适的姿势坐着，如柱子般竖立，观想大象、摩羯、鹦鹉等将风神迎请至大海中。无论出现何种疼痛，如刺痛、肿胀等，都应从小剂量开始练习。这样就能战胜一切痛苦。如此，通过稳定风息和命息，就能战胜死主的魔障。风息修习圆满的标志是甘露呈现红色、黄色、蓝色、白色、绿色等颜色变化，瑜伽士的肤色也必然随之改变。此中要诀在于努力将下行气与命气混合，进行风的运作至关重要。外在感官因光彩夺目的装饰而美丽，无论谁见都赏心悦目；内在智慧因光明灿烂的装饰而美丽，能以光芒压倒他人的显现；此外，所有外在的食物精华都汇集于此，断绝了对普通饮食的执着；善行增进，觉性清明，感官敏锐；身语意三门的证悟如火焰般燃烧，能于空中飞行，显现的智慧不会沉溺于世俗之流，等等，将产生不可估量的功德。这个极其深奥的口诀之王，只传授给传承的持有者和有缘分的、有毅力的人。对其他人要严守封印。ra hu la raksha sa ma ya hum（藏文，राहुलरक्ष समय हुं，rāhularakṣa samaya hūṃ，罗睺罗 护 誓言 吽）从虹身光蕴自解脱中，取出百病一药的起死回生甘露。那摩 咕噜 匝 哈哈 比日。从虹身金刚句中，摧毁一切寿命的违缘和不和，通过泻吐来排除寒热、培根、胆汁等疾病，增进顺缘、觉受和证悟，如同日月轮般增长。这段话有三层含义：一是自身的所有疾病都通过风来泻吐；二是通过法器来泻吐；三是通过药物来泻吐。首先，观想自己所处的这个清净之地为空行净土。从埃（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字中生出法生处三角形交合，在宽广的内部，观想自己是金刚亥母，面容和手足都完整显现，从腰部以下都安住在智慧火风熊熊燃烧之中。在其头顶上，观想传承的上师们如阶梯般层层叠叠地安住，然后猛烈地祈祷。

Sitting comfortably, erect like a pillar, visualize elephants, makaras, parrots, etc., inviting the wind deity into the ocean. Whatever pain arises, such as stinging, swelling, etc., practice from small doses. In this way, one will conquer all suffering. Thus, by stabilizing the life-wind and essence-wind, one will conquer the demons of the Lord of Death. The sign of the completion of wind practice is that the nectar appears in red, yellow, blue, white, green, etc., and the complexion of the yogi will also inevitably change accordingly. The key to this is to strive to mix the downward-moving air with the life-air, and it is crucial to exert effort in the operation of the wind. Outwardly, the senses are beautiful with radiant ornaments, pleasing to the eye no matter who sees them; inwardly, the mind is beautiful with the ornament of clear light, able to overwhelm the appearances of others with radiance; moreover, all the essence of external foods is gathered here, severing attachment to ordinary food and drink; virtuous conduct increases, awareness is clear, and the senses are sharp; the realization of body, speech, and mind blazes like a flame, enabling one to fly in the sky, and the wisdom that arises does not drown in the stream of samsara, etc., immeasurable qualities will arise. This extremely profound king of pith instructions is only taught to those who hold the lineage and those who are fortunate and persevering. The seal of secrecy must be strictly maintained from others. rāhula raksha samaya hūṃ (藏文，राहुलरक्ष समय हुं，rāhularakṣa samaya hūṃ，罗睺罗 护 誓言 吽) From the self-liberation of the rainbow body of light, take the nectar of resurrection, the one medicine for a hundred diseases. Namo Guru Dzaha Bira. From the vajra verses of the rainbow body, destroy all inauspicious circumstances and disharmony to life, eliminate diseases of heat, cold, phlegm, and bile through purging and vomiting, and increase auspicious circumstances, experiences, and realizations, like the waxing of the sun and moon. This passage has three meanings: first, all diseases of one's own body are purged and vomited through the wind; second, purging and vomiting are done through instruments; and third, purging and vomiting are done through medicine. First, visualize this pure place where you are staying as the pure land of the Dakinis. From the letter E (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) arises the Dharma-source triangle, joined together, and within the vast expanse, visualize yourself as Vajravarahi, with face and hands fully manifest, residing from the waist down within the blazing fire-wind of wisdom. On her crown, visualize the lineage lamas residing in tiers like steps, and then pray intensely.
