Sugmel and five others. Because other medicines have the power to subdue them, they are called "subduing." The five necessary things are: Vajra Master, Vajra Holder, Karma Kingkara, worker, and consort. The five necessities are: mandala, offerings, substances, implements, and a Kapala with auspicious signs. Thus, these eight roots are combined with a thousand branches. Except for the last two sets of five, the previous six sets of five are each combined with the amount that has become the essence of medicine to be completed. These must also be equipped with the five necessities such as the mandala, and be properly accomplished by the five necessary things such as the master, so that the meaning of "eight roots and a thousand branches" is completely fulfilled. In addition, some say that each of the five ambrosias has eight roots, and each of the medicines, gems, water, etc. also has eight roots, but in fact there is nothing that is not included here. In short, it is said that all the essence of existence is contained in this medicine. As it says: "Gather all the essence of existence into medicine." The Eight Fascicles also say: "Rasa-yana (藏文:ར་སཱ་ཡཱ་ན་,梵文天城体:रसायन,梵文罗马拟音:rasāyana,汉语字面意思:medicine) and other substances are the essence of vast roots of hundreds of thousands." Its commentary says: "The essence of hundreds of thousands of inconceivable outer, inner, and secret medicines is also this nectar." Etc. Although there are many kinds of classifications and summaries of these, they can be understood from other discussions. Fifth, accumulating the materials for the samaya substances. Among them, the main component of the substances is the five ambrosias, and feces and urine are taken from pure samaya masters or male and female yogis who practice the two stages of the path, and they must be the feces and urine produced when the body is not sweating, the bodhicitta has not declined, there is no illness, and there is no fatigue. Bodhicitta refers to the semen of a pure boy, or oneself, or oneself and the wisdom mother's drop (bindu) equally combined at the time of ejaculation. As the Eight Fascicles say: "Combined at the time of ejaculation, the great blood (藏文:ཁྲག་ཆེན་) together with its mind, is the main thing of Rasa-yana (藏文:ར་སཱ་ཡཱ་ན་,梵文天城体:रसायन,梵文罗马拟音:rasāyana,汉语字面意思:medicine)." Rakta refers to the menstrual blood of a virgin who has not had intercourse with a man for the first time. Great flesh refers to marrow, of which the best is the brain marrow produced from the head, the medium is the bone marrow produced from the limbs, and the worst is any of the three fats produced from the flesh.
