一切障碍都得以清净！从天子魔和胆病所生的疾病邪魔等违逆之品中获得彻底胜利，感受蕴变成珍宝无量寿佛，水的界性转变为嘛嘛嘎佛母。金刚交杵和长寿宝瓶秘密安放，吽 舍！秘密地 于金刚交杵上，世尊不空成就佛安住。誓言度母与二无别，以其威力和加持力，愿具缘种姓的诸位之子，寿命也极稳固，权势也极获得，性命也极坚固，寿命权势圆满具足。哈 噶玛 嘉纳 阿玉瑟 阿比钦扎 哈！秘密地，以不空成就佛的灌顶，从嫉妒所生的罪障一切清净，从四魔所生和风所生的违逆之品中获得彻底胜利，行蕴变成噶玛无量寿佛，风的界性转变为誓言度母。甘露之流从顶门降临，获得宝瓶灌顶，从喉间降临，获得秘密灌顶，从心间降临，获得智慧灌顶，从脐间降临，获得语灌顶，从密处降临，智慧技艺圆满，获得金刚上师的灌顶。甘露充满身体所有部位，向上涌出，于顶门五处，在五轮之中，上师普贤五部如来父母以头严饰。如是以外宝瓶灌顶，身体的障碍全部清净，成为观修外器内情的有缘者，播下获得果位化身的有力种子，具有成办一切息灭事业的权能，有权进行外部供养，使相续具有十地的证悟。之后，向上师化身献上曼扎，作为获得宝瓶灌顶的酬谢。如果向普通人授予此灌顶，则不能授予前三灌顶，因此从这里开始附加灌顶结尾的朵玛灌顶。之后，向上师安住于报身自性献上曼扎，作为祈请秘密灌顶的供养。念诵此祈请文：吽 舍！怙主智慧甘露之主，祈请赐予我菩提心灌顶，真实无谬，加持语成熟为报身。念诵三遍。上师父母

May all obscurations be purified! Having completely triumphed over adverse forces such as the demons of the sons of gods and diseases and evil influences arising from bile, the aggregate of feeling is enlightened as the precious Amitayus, and the element of water is transformed into the abode of Mamaki. The vajra cross and the vase of longevity are placed secretly. Hūṃ hrīḥ! Secretly, On the vajra cross, the Bhagavan Amoghasiddhi resides. Samaya Tara and the two are inseparable. Through its power and blessings, may the lives of the fortunate sons of the lineage be very stable, may they gain power, and may their lives be very firm. May they have perfect life and power! Hā karma jñāna āyuṣe abhiṣiñca hā! Secretly, by the empowerment of Amoghasiddhi, all sins and obscurations arising from jealousy are purified, and having completely triumphed over adverse forces arising from the four demons and arising from wind, the aggregate of formation is enlightened as Karma Amitayus, and the element of wind is transformed into the abode of Samaya Tara. As the streams of nectar come to the crown of the head, the vase empowerment is obtained. As it comes to the throat, the secret empowerment is obtained. As it comes to the heart, the wisdom empowerment is obtained. As it comes to the navel, the word empowerment is obtained. As it comes to the secret place, the wisdom and skill are perfected, and the empowerment of the vajra master is obtained. The nectar fills all the places of the body. As it rises upward, in the five places of the crown of the head, within the five chakras, the five families of Samantabhadra, father and mother, adorn the head. Thus, by the outer vase empowerment, all the obscurations of the body are purified. One becomes fortunate to meditate on the outer world as a deity. The seed of power to obtain the fruit of the nirmanakaya is planted. One has the power to accomplish all peaceful activities and has the power to make outer offerings. The realization of the ten bhumis is made inherent in the lineage. Then, offer a mandala to the lama nirmanakaya as a reward for receiving the vase empowerment. If this empowerment is conferred on ordinary people, the first three empowerments should not be conferred, so from here on, add the torma empowerment at the end of the empowerment. Then, offer a mandala to the lama residing in the nature of the sambhogakaya as an offering for requesting the secret empowerment. Recite this prayer: Hūṃ hrīḥ! Protector, lord of the nectar of wisdom, please grant me the empowerment of bodhicitta, truly and without error. Bless my speech to mature into the sambhogakaya. Recite three times.
