Please repeat after me: Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔), Immortal Mandala deities, please listen! After generating the mind of enlightenment for the benefit of others, I will accomplish all the immortal deities, complete the practice, and after obtaining the fruit, may I become the protector of beings! Three times. Please be sure to keep this vow in mind. Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔), protect the root and branch vows, offer upwards, give downwards, and accept, the Three Jewels and the Three Roots, from now until forever, do not separate! Three times. Pouring the vow water: Mix the essence of medicine, blood, and vase water and give it. Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔), this is the water of the Vajra of Vows, given to you, please be able to endure! If you violate the vow, the wrathful nectar swirls, transforming into a nine-headed iron scorpion, piercing the heart and sucking blood, and with the Vajra of Karma, falling into hell! If you do not violate the vow, the Wisdom Protector Amitayus, truly dwells in your heart, and you will obtain the immortal Vidyadhara state, therefore, do not violate the vow! Vajra Samaya Narakan (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ན་ར་ཀན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र समय नरकन्, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra samaya narakan, Diamond Vow Hell). Then touch the crown of the head with the Vajra. Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔), from now on, you, son of the lineage, the Lama is the Lord of your life! Do not disobey my teachings, and do not tell this rule to others! If you tell others, you will break the great vow, fall into samsara, protect the vow! Samaya Ho (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ༔). Then place the Vajra on the heart. Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔), from today onwards, in the heart of the son of the lineage, the immortal deities reside! Abide in the vows and precepts! If you violate the vow, you will be immediately cut off and depart! Therefore, abide in the rules! Samaya Ho (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ༔). Samaya Tvam (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་སཏྭཾ༔)! Thus establish the vow. In order to symbolize that you have not previously entered this secret and profound mandala, or that you are entering again after having entered, please aspire to cover your face with a red cloth. Akham Vira Ho (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཁཾ་བཱི་ར་ཧོ༔)! Give the blindfold. When meeting the deities of the mandala, it is not permissible to meet empty-handed, therefore, please aspire to give a garland of five-colored excellent flowers as a greeting gift. Om Puspe Puja Ho (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པུཥྤེ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ༔)! Give the garland. After that, in order to bless the three places and invoke the wisdom being, please do not be distracted, and visualize in this way. Place the nectar drops in the three places, and recite: Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ༔). Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔), the crown of the head is the mandala of the moon.

At the navel, the lotus mandala at the throat, and above the sun mandala at the heart, visualize the three syllables Om（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）, and Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） clearly. From these, light radiates, illuminating the ten directions of the realms, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing there, and the assembly of immortal wisdom deities, appearing in various forms, become inseparable. Samaya Jah Jah.
