In the center of the essence, Māmakī, clearly visualize with one-pointed concentration, from one's own heart light radiates, stimulate the heart stream of the precious Māmakī, from that radiates subsequent red light, with the radiance of the rising sun, dissolving into all the deities of the maṇḍala, greatly pleased with uncontaminated bliss, think of accomplishment and wisdom becoming empowered.
