Third, the key point of the writer's offering place: One who has completely received the four empowerments of competence, possesses the three vows, has clear senses, and is wealthy. Fourth, the key point of the wheel to be written: Draw a three-faced Garuda emanation, facing right, left, and center respectively. In its belly, draw the father wheel on the right and the mother wheel on the left, surrounded by six circles with a center.
