དབ༔ 祈愿吉祥！加持后，日月交于手中，五彩丝绸包裹，佩于颈间。勿言有誓言！轮和护身符不可示人，秘密至关重要。此物未经他人之手传递，脉轮等物亦不可经他人之手。轮、咒语及本尊观想等，心中忆念并持诵，必能战胜一切疾病等。尤能胜黑死病。尤能胜咳嗽、粘液。尤能胜痛风、赤痢。能胜麻风、癫痫、疯狂。能防护星曜、雷电（若欲防护雷电，可书于木上，悬挂于空中）。能胜冰雹。能胜诅咒、战争（系于矛上挥舞），能胜小鬼（轮系于身）。能胜流年不利、流月不利、恶方。佩戴此轮，能胜九种恶事。系于财物上（置于十字路口），能防盗，不可触碰。系于马上，如鸟般迅捷。系于狗上，免受石击。系于男子，勇敢而聪慧。系于女子，柔顺而聪慧。福德圆满具足，一切所愿皆能成就，毋庸置疑。犹如如意宝珠，此天铁金刚护身符，能胜传染病，何须多言！亦能胜天铁烈焰之雷电。亦能遮止非时死亡之阎魔死神。能胜一切敌对势力，己方坚不可摧。因此，此乃一切皆胜之金刚。从不死甘露宝瓶中，取出守护身命之盔甲，四大天王之首领，能胜独一无二之轮之神力。再将珍贵的书卷（书写之轮）紧裹，仅此一物亦能胜一切瘟疫。ཨཚ༔ 从金刚护身长甲中，取出极密之书卷，丸药、涂香、普巴三者，观想为三族怙主。从三族怙主化为光芒中，丸药、涂香、普巴等，观想为种子字吽。或观想为三族怙主各自之根本咒。ཨྠྀི༔ ༈ 特殊钥匙在此。嗡 斯瓦斯谛！占卜水之时，显示脉搏为风。热症显示为胆。胆症显示为热症。一切皆与热症相连，并非显示真实脉象，因占卜极其困难，故须于水中寻得确定之象。如是。
