The ultimate antidote is: one who possesses morality and ability, a mantra practitioner, one who realizes the nature of reality. The nectar (feces) of one who has eaten white barley is: finely grind one portion of male semen, add a little bit of brave ash powder, mix with red cow urine, about the size of a medium bean, color it with madder. For severe cases, seven pills; for medium cases, five pills; for mild cases, three pills. For mixed conditions, administer accordingly. If there is trembling and pain, do not be afraid. Give three mouthfuls of warm buttered zanba. If unable to eat, give three sips of ghee. This will immediately relieve the pain. On top of that, add tiger meat, black Shudak, black Gugul, and musk. Administer a sealing agent according to the situation. This is the formula for the great life-giving medicine. It is the hero who subdues the Lord of Death. Most experts abandon this disease. Therefore, the formula of the grain essence hero is likely needed in the end. Therefore, strike with the arrow of wisdom, and destroy the inexhaustible evil disease. It is a formula for reversing the brave. If this does not heal, it is the end of life. If all six signs are present, the end is near. If four or five are present, it is barely maintained. If two or three are present, it is easy to treat. The method of treating fever is: aconite the size of a bean, four times the amount of gold color, camphor the size of a bird's egg, Gugul, marmot bile, black cloud incense, musk as much as the scent is emitted, rock rosin dissolved in water in the morning. Administer three or four times before meals. Or camphor, haritaki, musk, Gugul, dilute with water and administer.
