甜药应当守护，此药必定能活命，如果此药也不行，则用：狼毒一份，毛茛两份，白蒿一份，姜黄与诸药等量，小豆蔻一份，鹤虱一份，蜂蜜六倍量。令八岁童子骑马，令壮年人服泻药，令老年人自然排便，若无效则重复用药。药效发挥后，以新鲜肉汤佐食，药量大小与病情相符，病后三日内服用。若出现剧烈短瘰疬，或非严重黑肿病，则应避免其他热性病。观察瘰疬症状是否消退，然后于瘰疬处血管放血，在炎症消退前或未过时放血为佳。游走风病则吸鼻，之后推荐食用肉酒等滋补品。此为治疗上身短瘰疬之短箭法。名为清凉月露。ཨྠྀིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） ༈ 此为治疗肠痈之第二十一张纸卷。顶礼药师佛。治疗下身肠痈之方法。汉病与小儿热病，二者相互依存，故以奇术治疗。汉病之症状为：身体四大失调，剧烈灼热酸痛，阴茎肋骨处疼痛，立即产生剧烈腹泻，此与普通疾病症状不同。有热泻与寒泻两种，热泻呈褐黄色，入水则沉。寒泻颜色不似糌粑，有泡沫、黏液、血丝，入水则浮。此为汉病之症状。若为紊乱之病，则于短“如”字（左）处放血，以冷水石敷于肝胆，腹中灌入冷水，小豆蔻粉两份，鹤虱、井水、洞口水、泉水、唇形薄荷各一份，混合后沐浴。必要时可服缓泻药，截断疗法等用奇术。若断食，则喂温热糌粑。此为治疗汉病之短箭法。 ཨྠྀིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） ༈ 此为真正杀死疫病之第十七张纸卷。顶礼药师佛。听着，觉姆卡钦扎，请听我讲述治疗疫病之方法。与普通疾病相似，但特别之处在于疫病之症状：鼻孔抽搐，流出黄色鼻涕。
