拉洛！工作时念诵一百零八遍。守护秘密之神观修法：观想秘密主与化身之鹏鸟一起，被三毒怖畏之轮所围绕。检查的方法有四种：检查脉搏、尿液、粪便颜色和四种感官。这些都在根本（医典）中阐明。治疗方法有三种：治疗方法的前行、正行、后行。首先，前行是：使未成熟的疾病成熟，并使成熟的疾病聚集。服用：角蒿，乌头，苦参的汤药。如果七天有效，则不需要使旧病成熟，它会自然成熟并处于自身位置。有些人说不需要使其成熟就给药，但“未成熟就泻药，炎症不会消退”。如果疾病未成熟就施用对治，疾病会扩散到身体上，疾病会变得长期、难以治疗，甚至危及生命。例如，如果锤击未成熟的铁，它会碎裂。因此，使其成熟后，用上述药物聚集在自身位置，然后才施用对治之药。或者，对于身体素质好的人，也讲述了用短针和短管进行治疗和泻药的方法。正行有三种：首先，治疗的对象是脏腑和疾病的类型；治疗的方法是饮食、行为、药物、治疗和咒语；治疗的方法分为一般和特殊两种。一般治疗有三种，首先，这种叫做“肠绞痛”的疾病的后盾也是炎症，不消除炎症疾病就不会痊愈。正如所说：“后盾不离神，无法克服恐惧的险境，用冰雹摧毁炎症之山。”因此，需要用药物、治疗、饮食、行为和咒语五种方法来治疗。首先是药物：国王从宝座上下来后，按照经典用药物治疗的药丸服用一些。治疗：在头顶的六七个空隙处，用火靠近但不接触皮肤地放置艾草。这是威胁和缘起的火。咒语是：嗡 呼尔 琼 呼尔 琼 梭（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧུར་ཁྱུང་ཧུར་ཁྱུང་སོད།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：），蛇鹏蛇鹏梭（藏文：སྦྲུལ་ཁྱུང་སྦྲུལ་ཁྱུང་སོད།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：），那伽那伽梭（藏文：ནཱ་ག་ནཱ་ག་སོད།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：），提婆提婆梭（藏文：དེ་བ་དེ་བ་སོད།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。将此咒语加持在清水和药物上服用。食物方面，避免三白、三甜、辛辣酸涩和滋补之物，避免腐烂、发霉之物，避免酸奶、酒和生冷之物等。给予大米和陈旧谷物的食物。行为方面，避免剧烈的活动，待在凉爽的地方。

The meditation on the secret guardian deity is: visualize the secret lord together with the emanation of Garuda, surrounded by the wheel of fear of the three poisons. There are four methods of examination: examine the pulse, urine, stool color, and four senses. These are all clarified in the root (medical text). There are three methods of treatment: the preliminary, main, and subsequent stages of treatment. First, the preliminary is: to ripen the unripe disease and to gather the ripened disease. Take: a decoction of Aconitum heterophyllum, Aconitum napellus, and Swertia chirata. If it is effective for seven days, it is not necessary to ripen the old disease, it will naturally ripen and be in its own place. Some people say that there is no need to ripen it and give medicine, but "If you use a purgative before it is ripe, the inflammation will not subside." If you administer the antidote before the disease is ripe, the disease will spread to the body, the disease will become long-term, difficult to treat, or even endanger life. For example, if you hammer unripe iron, it will shatter. Therefore, after ripening it, gather it in its own place with the above medicine, and then administer the antidote medicine. Alternatively, for people with good physical strength, methods of treatment and purgation with short needles and short tubes are also discussed. There are three main stages: first, the object of treatment is the organs and the type of disease; the method of treatment is diet, behavior, medicine, treatment, and mantra; the method of treatment is divided into general and specific. There are three general treatments, first, the backing of this disease called "intestinal colic" is also inflammation, and the disease will not heal without eliminating the inflammation. As it is said: "If the backing does not leave the deity, it cannot overcome the dangerous straits, destroy the mountain of inflammation with hail." Therefore, it needs to be treated with five methods: medicine, treatment, diet, behavior, and mantra. First is the medicine: after the king descends from the throne, take some pills treated with medicine according to the classics. Treatment: At the six or seven gaps on the top of the head, place moxa near the skin but not touching it. This is the fire of threat and dependent origination. In terms of behavior, avoid strenuous activities and stay in a cool place.
