The thing called the Iron Giant's Sword Wheel is a precious scroll. ཨཚ! This is the great treasure of hidden secret treasures, the essential instruction of special importance. A type of life-cutting fever, riding on the wind horse, it runs through the life force. It falls into the organs, brain, bile, and fever places. Then it spreads like fire on the grassland. It is easy to spread, quick to die, and difficult to cure. Wherever it occurs, it cuts off without delay. It destroys three-fourths of Jambudvipa. Just hearing it causes fear and dread. Just remembering it causes trembling and shaking. The skin crawls and it is unbearable. Therefore, these have special methods of treatment. From the vase at Padma's neck, the Rosary of Nectar Pills is explained. Among them, the fierce Chigjukma is: Grind the great medicine finely. Mix it purely with red lotus. It is a hammer to destroy coughs and swellings. Like the Garuda, release the turning back. The union of skillful means and wisdom is: One part of the great medicine with eight parts of gold color. Mix with water that increases qualities. Make pills the size of small peas. On the four petals of the lotus on the tongue, adorn with four letters in order.
