衰老执着于身体，焚烧包含污垢的精微命气，难以治疗和养护的，智者应舍弃。这是治疗衰老的章节。总之，所有胆病共一百零一种，归纳起来有十种和七种单一的，治疗方法也有三百六十种，归纳起来就是饮食、行为、药物、治疗四种，四种力量的结合浓缩为一，是否正确是依靠神通的诀窍。对于恶劣、胡说八道、做任何对他人有害之事、没有慈悲心和誓言的人，为了钱财永远不要给予（帮助）。嘴巴要严，内心要谨慎。视上师为佛，视教言为甘露，毫不吝惜地供养财物，为了利益众生而给予。称为天女或血达惹嘎纳，举起宝瓶的……（藏文：གྱད་ྀཨཚ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。血达惹嘎纳的钥匙在此。向药师佛顶礼。名为汉病眼黄病，是强大的剧烈瘟疫，胆区被勇猛的恶鬼所侵袭，口水、排泄物转移到脉上，胆汁激怒焚烧身体精华，外黄内痛，中间摇摆，没有时间就夺取性命，对此没有喘息和拖延的时间。砍断毒树，熄灭火焰，守护恐惧，驱除呕吐，派遣哨兵，引诱到悬崖。如果知道这六点，就是智者。萨埵类六味：水银、硼砂、阿如拉、麝香、古古甲香、石黄做成药丸。用虎肉泡酒服用。从根部砍断毒树，清凉类六味：古古甲香、青硇砂、少许毒药、婆婆达、岩精、苦参、金莲花，用汤或粉末用雪水服用。从深处消除热病。勇士六味（吉祥六味）：守护恐惧的险境。快腿六味：塔奴、杜鹃、红柳、青稞、海螺、白檀香。驱除所有呕吐。哨兵六味：用牛奶送服鼠尾草、虎肉。用酒送服黑旱蓬、白茅草。用糖送服麝香、古古甲香。从根源上切断决议。本教徒六味：苦参、少许毒药、金莲花、三种果实。用苦参六味的药酥油，将剩余的疾病转化为营养。将不祥之兆引诱到悬崖。这六种是空行母的心血六味，是非常珍贵的心髓。嘴巴要严，内心要谨慎。一边给予一边享用。如果需要，可以取出雄性精华。命根金刚杵。

Old age clings to the body, burns the subtle life force containing impurities, and the wise should abandon what is difficult to treat and nourish. This is the chapter on treating old age. In short, all bile diseases total one hundred and one, summarized into ten and seven single ones. There are also three hundred and sixty treatment methods, which can be summarized into four: diet, behavior, medicine, and treatment. The combination of the four forces is condensed into one. Whether it is correct depends on the secret of神通. For those who are bad, talk nonsense, do anything harmful to others, and have no compassion or vows, never give (help) for the sake of money. Keep your mouth shut and be careful in your heart. Regard the guru as a Buddha, regard the teachings as nectar, offer wealth without hesitation, and give for the benefit of sentient beings. Called the goddess or Blood Darayakana, raising the vase... (Tibetan: གྱད་ྀཨཚ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ，Sanskrit Romanization: ，Literal Chinese meaning: ). Here is the key to Blood Darayakana. I prostrate to the Medicine Buddha. The disease called Chinese disease yellow eyes, is a powerful and violent epidemic, the bile area is invaded by fierce demons, saliva and excrement are transferred to the veins, bile is angered and burns the body's essence, the outside is yellow and the inside is painful, swaying in the middle, taking life without time, there is no time to breathe and delay. Cut off the poisonous tree, extinguish the flames, guard against fear, drive away vomiting, send out sentries, and lure to the cliff. If you know these six points, you are a wise person. Six flavors of Sattva: mercury, borax, arura, musk, gugul, and orpiment are made into pills. Take it with tiger meat soaked in wine. Cut off the poisonous tree from the root. Six flavors of coolness: gugul, blue vitriol, a little poison, parvata, rock essence, bitter ginseng, golden lotus, take with soup or powder with snow water. Eliminate fever from the depths. Six heroes (six auspicious ones): guard the dangerous pass of fear. Six fast legs: Tharnu, rhododendron, red willow, qingke, sea snail, white sandalwood. Drive away all vomiting. Six sentries: administer Artemisia scoparia and tiger meat with milk. Administer black artemisia and meadowsweet with wine. Administer musk and gugul with sugar. Cut off the resolution from the root. Six Bonpos: bitter ginseng, a little poison, golden flower, three fruits. Use the medicinal ghee of the six flavors of bitter ginseng to transform the remaining disease into nutrition. Lure the ominous omen to the cliff. These six are the six heart bloods of the Dakinis, which are very precious heart essence. Keep your mouth shut and be careful in your heart. Give and enjoy at the same time. If necessary, you can extract the male essence. Life-sustaining vajra scepter.
