妙哉！善哉！ 因此，对此要精进。 从不死甘露宝瓶中， 此乃甚深秘密命之大柱， 乃甚深秘密之大宝藏。 此物众人皆无，犹如黄金， 因此，如护眼目般珍视。 若无此物，医者纵有良方， 亦如驽马难驯， 无法解脱希望与恐惧之险境。 唉玛！益西措嘉！ 当浊世降临时， 从恶毒之气中， 当黑云三重升起时， 此为降伏邪恶誓言之卷轴， 从空行母授记之源中， 愿每一位传承持有者皆能获得！ 从不死甘露宝瓶中， 名为“甚深秘密命之大柱”的降伏邪恶誓言之卷轴。 ཨྠྀི༔ ༈ 治疗游走刺痛的钥匙在此。 转变业力之尽头——若热盛，则用冰片；若风盛，则用肉豆蔻——止痛。 所谓转变业力之尽头， 乃是在药物上特别增加药力， 九合剂——葡萄干、骨头、闪电击中的骨头、檀香、麝香、岩精、阿魏、樟脑、熊胆九种。 在九合剂之上添加的药物是——与泻药混合转变，药物的转变在其他地方有详细说明。 若泻药呈红色，则加入花朵和鸡脚； 若呈紫色，则加入大黄和杜鹃花； 若呈黄色，则加入小毒和沙棘； 若呈红黄色，则加入纯金和胆汁； 若呈深色，则加入余甘子、石榴和牛黄； 若呈烟色，则加入葡萄干服用； 若有白色泡沫和风声，则加入肉豆蔻和酒服用。 这些药物要根据疾病的颜色来判断， 在转变水流方向时，要增加药力。 ཨྠྀི༔ 止痛的方法是： 樟脑、白花菜、小毒、黄连四种研磨成粉， 加入冰冷的雪水中， 倒入胃中，在疼痛处熏蒸。 转变业力之尽头，止痛的钥匙。 ཨཚ༔ རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ སྱ་མྱ་ཡྱ༔ 如果不希望变成痰液， 则使用名为“大转轮”的配方： 若痰液呈红色，则加入熊胆、朱砂和茜草； 若呈黄色，则加入熊胆、金盏花和余甘子； 若出现白色泡沫，则加入肉豆蔻、荔枝和蒜灰； 若呈烟色，则加入犀牛角、牛黄、虎肉和白麝香； 麝香和古古鲁。
