此寂静调伏合剂，为了未来众生的利益，我所造作，喀钦妃啊！铭记于心吧，具缘者！除此以外，其他赡部洲，没有比这更深的了。种姓之女喀钦妃，看看骏马嬉戏之心。从不死甘露瓶中，名为战胜病因之寂静调伏合剂，胜过母亲的儿子的根本。ཨྠྀི（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！ 痘疹治疗甘露命脉在此。顶礼一切知者！以息增怀诛，利益有情三部主，我以虔诚敬礼！邬金莲花生我等，为救度众生脱离疾病，宣说了此甚深教言。末世恶疾盛行时，将成为赡部洲之魔。珍贵的痘疹治疗教法，藏于慈云石像之下。末世恶疾盛行之时，愿有缘者得之！治疗痘疹之方法，观察病因种类与区分。治疗方法为攻、反攻、防护，脓液干燥与痘痕涂抹，最后断绝药物不再复发。病因为血液与血清，骨病热病相混合。原因为不净与炎症相混合。症状为肌肉与骨骼疼痛，头痛、黄水、臀部腰部，呕吐且食欲不振时，种类分为黑白两种。区分则认为有七种。治疗方法首先用汤药攻，攻汤用成熟的三果，胆汁、黄连、苦参服用。杀灭用芸香、余甘子、诃子，三日内服用。出现痘疹时，黑白两种，（也有说是两种檀香）。牛黄、三味清凉药、红糖服用。热度大时，冰片服用。若仍无效痘疹扁平时，用颅骨、打箭菊、麝香。重视保护脏腑。白黑安息香、石灰、麝香，与酒混合服用一勺。此为内攻之教言。若出现反攻，用自死（的）头盖骨烧成的灰、黑泥，安息香、麝香、冰片等，与酸奶或酒混合，为反攻。脓液用石灰、碱、苏麻儿，白檀香、豆蔻灰、水根，颜料灰与酥油混合涂抹使之干燥，脓液干燥毫无疑问。痘痕涂抹用温水清洗，用油浸泡豆蔻、白檀香涂抹。（用）尿液，

Apart from this, in other Jambudvipa, there is nothing deeper than this. Daughter of lineage, Kharchenza, look at the mind of the playful supreme horse. From the immortal nectar vase, named the combined pacifying and taming potion that overcomes the root cause of disease, the root of the son who surpasses the mother. A thi! May the life force of the smallpox treatment nectar reside here! Homage to the all-knowing one! With enriching, pacifying, and wrathful actions, for the sake of beings, the three families, I respectfully pay homage! Ugyen Padmasambhava, like myself, in order to save beings from disease, spoke this profound instruction. When evil diseases spread in degenerate times, they will come as demons to Jambudvipa. The precious smallpox treatment instruction is hidden beneath the loving cloud stone statue. When evil diseases spread in degenerate times, may a destined one discover it! Regarding the method of treating smallpox, examine the causes and conditions, types, and distinctions. The treatment methods are attack, counter-attack, protection, drying pus, and rubbing away smallpox scars. Finally, cut off the medicine so it does not recur. The cause is blood and serum, bone disease, heat, and inflammation mixed together. The condition is impurity and inflammation mixed together. The symptoms are pain in the flesh and bones, headache, yellow fluid, hips, and waist. When there is vomiting and loss of appetite, the types are divided into black and white. The distinctions are considered to be seven. The first treatment method is to attack with decoctions. The attacking decoction uses the three ripening fruits. Bile, Coptis chinensis, and Swertia are administered. For killing, Ruta graveolens, Terminalia chebula, and Terminalia bellerica are used. Administer for three days. When smallpox appears, there are two types, black and white (it is also said to be two types of sandalwood). Bezoar, three cooling medicines, and molasses are administered. If the fever is high, camphor is administered. If that doesn't work and the smallpox is flat, use skull, Ligularia, and musk. It is important to protect the internal organs. White and black guggul, lime, and musk, mixed with alcohol, administer a spoonful. This is the instruction for internal attack. If a relapse occurs, use ash from a self-dead (person's) skull, black clay, guggul, musk, and camphor, mixed with yogurt or alcohol, as a counter-attack. For pus, use lime, alkali, Salsola collina, white sandalwood, cardamom ash, water root, and dye ash mixed with butter to apply and dry it. There is no doubt that the pus will dry. For rubbing away smallpox scars, wash with warm water, soak in oil, and apply cardamom and white sandalwood (with) urine.
