为赐成就故，莫懒惰，速来临！ 若不依誓约而降临，以及摄取成就于掌握， 若不依缘分而赐予，则违背金刚之语。 因此，请忆持誓约，赐予事业之果！ 班杂嘉那西日黑汝嘎，萨瓦萨玛雅，吽吽！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 五饮血部之云密布，心间之光辉，轮回涅槃之精华， 红光再次收摄，融入马头明王之光辉中， 获得自在，增长威严。莲花自在父与母， 交合之际之菩提心，摄取有寂一切之精髓， 与自性之坛城，无别融合之光明中， 经由金刚持之绳索，融入我心间， 思惟成就智慧之自在。嗡啊吽，萨瓦班杂阿弥利达，哈亚格里瓦，呼噜呼噜，班达班达，吽舍！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 念诵千万遍，甘露之精华，首先我获得自在， 之后，为取成就故，于修法圆满之前， 广设会供与朵玛，渣嘎、 মাংস（māṃsa，肉）、长寿食， 月亮、石榴、果实等，陈设各种成就物， 以供养赞颂令欢喜，尤其以药物与会供供养， 焚香、摇扇、奏乐。吽！ 往昔金刚饮血尊，以法性自声，甘露之续， 宣说汇聚虚空之际，文殊勇士大悲藏， 地藏等，诸近密之圣子， 交付嘱托并加持，如是誓约不忘失， 我等瑜伽修行者，长久修持， 希冀祈愿而祈祷，降伏威力之时已至， 大乐甘露坛城者，身语意功德事业之， 殊胜共同事业之诸成就，亦依修法之物， 祈请即刻赐予！如是念诵祈请文， 以三摩地传承一心专注，自身即自性坛城之， 心间放射大乐之光芒，与前方所生诸本尊， 尤其文殊利剑等，诸近密圣子汇聚者， 祈请忆念本誓！

Thus reciting the prayer, With single-minded Samadhi lineage, oneself is the self-nature mandala, From the heart radiates the light of great bliss, and all the deities generated in front, Especially Manjushri sharp sword, etc., those who gather close sons, Pray to remember the original vows!
