From the blue light emanating from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at the location of Ga, I offer pleasing offerings to the visualized deity and retinue. From the heart of the visualized deity, light radiates, making offerings to all Buddhas. May it eliminate the suffering of all sentient beings. May the wisdom and direct knowledge of all of samsara and nirvana, the blue rays of light, dissolve into my heart. May the mind of the Medicine Buddha and my mind become inseparable. Recite "Om Sham Pari Zoli Sambhari Guli Prama Ya" (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤཾ་པ་རི་ཟོ་ལི་སཾ་བྷ་རི་གུ་ལི་པྲ་མ་ཡ།) a thousand times. Then, the offering and praise: I offer to the Blessed Medicine Buddha and retinue: all the flowers and fruits that exist, and all forms of medicine that exist, and all the jewels that exist in the world, and jewel mountains, and likewise, forests, secluded and delightful places, adorned with trees and flowers, and trees bearing good fruit with drooping branches, and various crops that grow without being cultivated, and other ornaments suitable for offering, reaching to the end of the vast expanse of space, all those unseized things, I take with my mind and offer them to the supreme of the Buddhas and their retinue. May the holy objects of veneration, the compassionate ones, think of me with affection and accept these offerings of mine. To those who possess the body of merit and wisdom, I offer precious medicines, grains, fragrances, and the five essences, and the supreme sacred substances endowed with five sets of five. May I eliminate the diseases of beings. Although the victorious ones have power over uncontaminated wealth, they offer with the five objects of desire for the benefit of beings. May I, through offering, eliminate the suffering of all sentient beings as vast as space. These seven precious royal objects, I offer to the Medicine Buddha and all their retinue, by arranging and offering with mindful concentration, may I have the power to eliminate diseases. Just as the lord of the gods conquered the Asuras and the eight auspicious goddesses made offerings, I make offerings to the Medicine Buddha and the sage goddesses with the eight auspicious symbols. With the supreme vehicle's banner, umbrella, and victory banner, and the fluttering victory banner and pennants that conquer the armies of demons, and with the sounds of dance and music offerings, I adorn the mandala of the Medicine Buddha beautifully. Please grant me the accomplishment of transforming all the powders, pills, and decoctions that I have prepared into the nectar of medicine that cures diseases and brings immortality. When diagnosing diseases through sight, touch, and hearing, Please tell me the names of the diseases in my ear. When collecting the formulas for antidotal medicines, Please tell me the key points of collection in my ear. If, due to the heavy karmic obscurations of past lives, I do not have the fortune to hear your direct teachings, Please let the names of the diseases and the methods of treatment arise in my mind. Please bless the medicines that I have prepared, so that they are not stolen by demons or changed by external conditions, and that they are effective in treating diseases. Please eliminate the fear of untimely death from all the patients I treat, and make their bodies strong and their youth flourish. Even if their lifespan is exhausted and their time has come, when I see, touch, and taste the medicine, may I remember the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha, close the doors to the lower realms, obtain a body in the higher realms, and gradually attain Bodhi. Do not forget your past vows, please accomplish the tasks I entrust to you. Then the praise: Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Tathagata, Medicine Guru Vaiduryaprabha Raja, I prostrate and praise with reverence with my three doors. Your body's light illuminates the world, and your retinue also possesses excellent marks and signs. Your body's light dispels all darkness, I prostrate and praise you, who dispel the ignorance of beings. With wisdom and skillful means, you eliminate the poverty of beings, reverse the wrong path, and lead them onto the path of Bodhi.
